One of the best stays that we had in Georgia. Aunt Sveta was a sweetheart and the best host we have ever had. She welcomed us with some home made dinner which was not a part of our package. They really made us feel at home with their warmth and love. Our daughter loved the place as there were many pets for her to play. She felt like she had a visit to her grandparents house. Highly recommended and a must visit when in Kutaisi.

Our stay at Novel House was an absolute delight from start to finish. Despite our late arrival in Kutaisi, the staff warmly welcomed us and ensured that we felt right at home. They graciously accommodated our dinner request, serving us a delicious meal that surpassed our expectations. The wine and chacha provided were exceptional, making our stay even better. The host at Novel House went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They shared valuable tips and recommendations for exploring the nearby Martvili Canyon, allowing us to make the most of our visit. Additionally, their kind gesture of driving one of our group members to the emergency room when needed truly demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. The rooms at Novel House were spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our larger group. We found comfort and tranquility in our accommodations, providing a restful haven after a day of adventure. The attention to detail was evident, and it was clear that the staff took great care in ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. The proximity of Novel House to Martvili Canyon was a major bonus. Being just a short distance away, we could easily explore the natural wonders of the canyon without any hassle. The convenience of its location added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. In summary, Novel House comes highly recommended for a wonderful stay near Martvili. We loved everything about our stay at Martv'Elle Boutique Guesthouse. A beautiful house with a stunning picturesque view from the balcony run by an extremely kind and welcoming family. From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, they always tried to make sure we had the best stay possible, and we felt like one of the family there. The location is so peaceful - you just hear the sound of birds in the morning and evening - it was a fantastic place to relax. If we ever go back to the Martvili area, we would only stay here. Thanks for everything!
