The hotel has an excellent location—just one street away from the main road, so it’s in a quieter area while still being in the heart of the old town. The room was spacious and clean, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great experience!

I really enjoyed my stay at Makmani; I arrived at 10 am and at the reception were so kind to offer me directly the access to my room, that was equipped with everything you need and very clean. I would like to mention how great is the breakfast too. Last but not least the receptionists I have met were extremely kind, nice and helpful.

Really a big Surprise! From the reception ( the lady Mr. Sofia she speak Italian too!), to all the sentire stuff, everyone super gently. This hotel Is a real Boutique !! Feel fresh, clean, quite. Old Town Mtatsminda exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very nice and clean and the view of the city from the common area at the top was simply amazing! A perfect place to chill out with some of the hotels own wine after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel is centrally located but high enough up from the main street that its still nice and quiet. The hotels biggest assets, however, is the fantastic owner. He couldn't have been more helpful and made us feel very welcome. He even packed us a nice breakfast we could take with us to the airport since we were leaving in the middle of the night. If we ever come back to Tbilisi we would definitely be staying here again.

The finest hotel in all of Tbilisi. We changed our booking at the very last minute and randomly picked the Palm tibilisi boutique hotel, and what a great decision it turned out to be! From the charming palm trees at the entrance to the cute decoration around the hotel, we were not disappointed. Our stay was made special by the staff, who regularly asked us if we needed anything, accommodated our needs by ensuring late breakfast and meat free options. But our hearts were stolen by Ana, who was our mother far away from home. Ana took care of us every single day and gave us more than we could ever ask for. A special thanks to Mari and Ana, who made this entire trip a memorable one and to the staff for the kindness towards us during the entire stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a small and cosy hotel with an amazing staff!

    I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great.

    I booked 3 days in April for hiking and it was great. There are 5+ trails available: - Azeula fortress (8km round trip), - Ghoubani (11.2 km round trip), - Udzo - Turtle Lake - Tbilisi (12 km one way), - Azureti (~10 km one way), - Kiketi (11 km one way). Routes are very clearly indicated. During April there are no restaurants/cafes either in hotel or Kojori at al. But there are several supermarkets to buy food. Locals said there is a kebab place during high season.
