Really beautiful family-run hotel. Excellent home-made breakfasts each day. Two friendly dogs on-site. Lovely sauna to enjoy. Airport taxi service available from the hotel staff, even for a flight arriving at 2am! Freshly cooked pizzas to order from the hotel staff. Surroundings and views from the hotel were stunning, only it was little bit far from the Old Town - however, it was easy to order taxis through an app to do some sightseeing. Well worth a visit - you will not be disappointed!

The staff and the hotel really deserves our highest recommendation. Apart from it being super spacious for our family with royalty feeling that our kids especially loved, and with a brilliant sheltered parking in such a central location, the staff went out of their way to help us and to bring us two times things we had forgotten at the hotel. 10 stars from us!!

My stay at HOTEL WEST TBILISI was nothing short of delightful. I was particularly impressed by the comfort of the beds, which were paired with high-quality linen, ensuring restful nights. The amenities were a highlight of my stay. The hotel boasts a large swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, both of which were accessible to guests at no extra cost. This added a level of convenience and luxury that enhanced my experience significantly. Moreover, the hotel's hospitality was remarkable. The staff’s attention to detail and their eagerness to assist made me feel well taken care of. It was hard to believe that HOTEL WEST TBILISI is rated as a 3-star hotel; my experience was definitely more aligned with that of a 4-star establishment. In summary, my stay at HOTEL WEST TBILISI was a blend of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service.
