We arrived in the middle of the night, but the owner kindly answered the phone and guided us to the accommodation. We were warmly welcomed by the host with a jug of homemade wine and the hostess, who also prepared breakfast for us exactly as we wished — at 8:00 AM, even though we know it was the middle of the night for them! The breakfast was absolutely delicious — the best we had in Georgia — with fresh vegetables, cheese, honey, soft-boiled eggs, and of course, more amazing wine. This stay was by far the best of our 7-day trip in Georgia, and we truly regretted not being able to stay longer. We felt completely at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the hairdryer — a small but thoughtful detail. We highly recommend this place in Borjomi to anyone traveling by car. It’s worth the stop!

I was very pleased with my stay here. Beautiful nature, kind and wonderful people, cozy, green garden, full of flowers and greenery. The hosts are amazingly hospitable, it will be especially interesting for foreigners to visit here, because the national spirit and color are present in their family. The man makes wonderful wine and generously treats guests, the woman bakes bread in a real Georgian oven-tone! They are very friendly. The surroundings are very picturesque. I will definitely try to visit here again and I want to say a huge thank you to this hospitable family ❤️❤️❤️

Owner cant speak english The single bed is extremely small as if it is for a child The double bed is also not comfortable The sofa bed is just ok and next to kitchen The heating also very old and sometimes idle making the floor extremely cold The facilities in the kitchen is also not in good condition Overall it has limited space but wide parking space

1. Location was great, close to all the main points of interest in town, very close to the central market and park. 2. The hotel is modern, comfortable, well thought through. 3. Our room was really spacious, there was enough place for the luggage and there was a lovely large balcony overlooking the town. 4. The hotel had an elevator, which was of a good size and worked so well. 5. The breakfast had many good items to choose from, including home baked goodies, which changed every morning for variety and our enjoyment, several kinds of seasonal fruit, salads, cold cuts, cheeses, delicious local honey, jams, nuts, cereals, juices, breads, eggs both boiled and fried, yogurt etc. etc. 6. Loved very friendly personnel: front desk in particular, who were polite, professional, knowledgeable and caring. 7. The room was well cleaned every day, towels replaced with fresh ones and toiletries replenished. Good job of a cleaning crew! 8. Air conditioning was important to us and it kept our room climate as we wished, without any fail! Overall, I can recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
