We loved staying at sada guesthouse! The hosts are very welcome and accommodating. We were also able to order dinner and breakfast for a very reasonable price. The room was very clean, cosy and warm even on a cold night. The location is perfect, so close to the caves and with marshrutka drop off and pick up right at the house. The surroundings are beautiful, very relaxing garden by the river, short walk to the sulfur pools and a bit longer walk to the upper vardzia nunnery. Great place to explore more of Vardzia than just the caves.

We arrived in the middle of the night and the owners were waiting for us despite it being very very late. It was a cold night and they had turned on the heating for us before our arrival and it was very nice. The breakfast was so much food we couldn't finish everything :) The owners were very nice people, i would definitely stay there again.

We slept really well at the accommodation which was a nice walk up a track from the Vardzia caves. The host, Khatuna, really made our stay extra special. She was incredibly hospitable and cooked us a delicious dinner and breakfast on both nights of our stay. Loved it. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We spent two days at Tirebi farmhouse and the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Giorgi, Marina and Sergo were very friendly and we had interesting conversations. The facilities are clean and comfortable and the location in the valley is fantastic. The views are spectacular. Thank you for everything.

Koba and Angelina (and bubu the dog) were very kind and generous hosts. This was the perfect place to stay and enjoy Angelina's delicious home cooked food and Koba's homemade wine after exploring Vardzia. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They even helped us arrange transport back to Akhaltsikhe. Highly recommend!
