The hotel is in a beautiful spot on the edge of the plain between lesser Caucasus and Kutaisi, with woodlands and the farmland of the property surrounding you. In the morning - admittedly it was a crystal clear day - the view across the whole of Western Georgia to the snow covered peaks of the great Caucasus was incredible. The restaurant area is very well done - nice decor and comfortable with a variety of nooks and crannies to sit. The food is pretty good as is the estate wine. Not the cheapest, but very good service. Rooms - ours was a family cabin overlooking the vines - are large, clean and with wonderful views. It was too cold for the swimming pool but it looks like a lovely place to spend a few hours.

Our stay at Villa Rokiti was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Kutaisi for easy trips to the city. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the stunning view of the river from terrace. Waking up to the sound of nature and enjoying our morning coffee in such a serene setting was truly unforgettable. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Newport Hotel Kutaisi, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and were always ready to help with any request. The location was perfect very near the town. We loved the breakfast and great that it was open until 11am. The room was amazing so big for 4 people - super clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and excellent English spoken- we really enjoyed our visit and would recommend this hotel

Top location near the center. The room was very clean, tidy and cozy. The host Davit was really friendly and helped us a lot, also gave us recommendations about places and restaurants.

The hotel is right in the city center and everything is nearby, but due to the location with a little lovely yard it is quiet and peaceful. The owner speaks English perfectly and was very sweet. They even allowed us to check in early.
