New, clean facility, matches to pictures, excellent wooden furniture, comfortable bed, breakfast was really tasty, not noisy, friendly staff. We received excellent check-in instructions as we arrived very late from the airport while at another hotel we had to cancel our reservations because of this. If we come again, we would stay again in this hotel.

Top level hotel in the city center of Heraklion. Close to some great restaurants and the buzzing city center. The interieur and rooms are fresh and modern. Great architecture and interieur design/furniture overall. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of choice and fresh products. You can enjoy this indoor or outdoor on the lovely courtyard. Pictures on booking for the rooms are 100% correct. We had a room with a great view on the church with a spacious balcony. Great bed (firm), shower, etc. Best of all was the staff. Katarina and the other team members were very helpful and hospitable! Great cocktails by the way.

Excellent choice to stay in Heraklion city, whether you are travelling for business or leisure. Ideally located in the centre of Heraklion which is extremely convenient for a city tour. Beware that the area is vibrant and there's music till late night by the nearby bars. Myself I don't consider it as an issue but beware in case you can't fall asleep with noise ;)
