It was our greatest pleasure to be guests in this hotel in the old town of Rethymno. The house is new and has very beautiful and extraordinary architecture, the rooms are all different and all very individual. The service from everyone in the team is very heartwarming. Breakfast should be mentioned in particular: different every day and always individually tailored to our wishes. Every day we were asked what we wanted for the next day and it was prepared specifically for us. It was brilliant. The communication in advance of our vacation to Stephanie and family has been very friendly and accommodating. Being a guest here made our already very nice stay very special. And lastly: Jacob is the Best!! Danke für alles!

The staff, hospitality, food and atmosphere were exceptional. Spa facilities and services provided, massages, were outstanding. The food buffet had everything you could imagine and more. As a hotelier, I couldn't fault the service by the team with very high quality room standards. Excellent views and location,what a bonus. The breakfast was exceptional with different eggs each morning served along with a great buffet selection.

Everything was good, the location was perfect, right in the main street, near the beach and the restaurants. It was very noisy outside, but when you closed the windows it cancelled all the noise . The room was lovely, very clean and had all the amentaties you need. The girl from the desk was lovely and helpfull. We will definetly come back.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on local attractions and ensuring we had everything we needed.
