The hotel is located in a Venetian house (probably 500 years old) in the heart of the old town. Recently renovated to a very high standard, it combines modern amenities with old, beautiful walls. Despite its central location, the square by the mosque turned out to be quiet at night. Very polite staff. Highly recommended.  Driving into the narrow streets of the old town is, of course, impossible, so parking is available at a nearby city parking lot by the large square. A few minutes' walk is not an issue. Parking is covered by the hotel. We received precise instructions. Around 5 PM, we parked without any problems, but in the morning, we saw a long line of cars trying to get in. I think they could have waited up to an hour.

Gorgeous architecture and in a super convenient location, directly in the old city centre but no noise. The best part of it all was the lovely and attentive staff though! They really made it such a nice and relaxing experience. The breakfast is absolutely brilliant, staff prepares a different variety of dishes each morning, which were nothing short of amazing.

Apart from all 10 points above, I must say that fitness room is just wonderful, clean, spacious, with all necessary equipment. Service was excellent. Upon late arrival staff took care and left us some sandwiches in the fridge. Also, because of our honeymoon, we found a fruit basket with champagne and honey desert. When I asked if they had softer pillows, as I felt my pillow was a bit too hard, they delivered to the room a soft and comfortable pillow for me straight away. Overall, everything was just perfect: cleaning, service, beach. I don’t think you need more for a perfect and relaxing vacation. We will come again! Thank you!!!

Great new hotel. Everything works perfectly. The room is wonderful, as is the bathroom and the beds. Nothing is missing. Home automation at the top. The hotel is in the perfect location - one step outside the door and you’ll be soaking up all the atmosphere of Rethymno’s old town! The standard room we booked was spacious, comfortable and very pretty. It was perfect and had everything we needed! The team is really lovely. Athena made sure our room was ready for an early check-in. On top of that, they were welcoming and friendly to talk to. Thank you for making our stay even more special than it was! Staying at the Manor Chic Hotel in Rethymno was such a wonderful experience. The hotel combines the charm of a traditional setting with chic and luxurious details, creating a perfect blend of heritage and modern comfort. Its location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the old town—so we could easily wander through the beautiful streets of Rethymno, discovering amazing restaurants, hidden corners, and experiencing the city like locals. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention to their kindness in helping me recover some clothes I had accidentally left behind—they went above and beyond to make sure I got them back. I would highly recommend Manor Chic Hotel to anyone visiting Crete. It’s the ideal place to enjoy the beauty of Rethymno while feeling like a local.

Wow, this place was amazing. Our room had the private Hammam--Turkish steam room, plus the domed ceiling with skylights. Exotic, comfortable. Like stepping into a different world. Location was central to shops and restaurants and the harbor, with parking a short distance away. One of the most charming places we stayed.
