The girls at the reception were amazing and very friendly, they gave us the best advices for the area and restaurants around. Thank you for making us feel at home ladies. The breakfast buffet was beyond expectation, so many different choices and so more with local products they even had spanakopitta, ntolmades, fava, Greek salad and gigantes (giant white beans in tomato sauce), they ask us how we like our eggs and coffee and they made them fresh. The room was very spacious and the view from the 6th floor OMG it was spectacular!!! We are going back for sure!

It was all truly amazing! The staff were very nice and helpful, the food was super tasty and varied. There was a selection of both vegan and non-vegan dishes. The room.... something else! We had our own privatw little pool and an excellent view of the sea and Spinalogka. Totally recommended!

We arrived and they gave us a free update to a truly stunning suite with the most beautiful view that was really appreciated! We dined at the restaurant which was good, but nothing exceptional. Breakfast on the other hand was really good. They have a beautiful private beach that’s very well kept, quiet and comfortable. The whole staff was very kind and attentive (shoutout to Despina and Izmael from the reception team!). Will dream of this place for a long time!

Absolutely fabulous would highly recommend. Great location with views to spinalonga island. Staff are beyond friendly. We stayed in a bungalow and it was perfect. We went for the half board option, great selection from three restaurants. We especially loved the Asian restaurant. Great cocktails at both beach bar and hotel bar. We hired a car and did the richtis Gorge hike, visited Agios nikolaos and also walked to kolokitha beach which is near Elounda.

Our recent stay at the InterContinental Crete was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea view room, which set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. The hotel itself is modern, luxurious, and recently built, with elegant design touches that create a serene and upscale atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms exudes comfort and sophistication. We were especially impressed by the abundant and delicious breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing on the sunbeds by the infinity pools on the 5th and 9th floors. The pools offer breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea and a calm, peaceful ambiance that's ideal for unwinding. To top it all off, the hotel kindly accommodated our request for a late checkout, allowing us to enjoy just a bit more time in this beautiful setting. This is the second time we have stayed at Naiades Marina Hotel. This time it was our wending anniversary so we went for a room with a SPA. The SPA was positioned on a private balcony and was ideal. Monique was very helpful helping sort out some flowers and the other decorations they provided in the room were really good.
