We had an amazing trip and we were really looked after from start to finish. Worth mentioning free transportation to and from the villa it really made our arrival and departure completely hassle-free and took out a lot of our stress about how we move around the island. The team also quickly arranged for us both a private chef who prepared some top local meals and a super memorable boat trip. Super hosts and brilliant villa - we highly recommend it!

Breakfast was incredible, the room was beautiful as well as the entire property. The staff was helpful and very professional, we also got a free of charge transport from the airport and to the port. Definitely a 5 star service and the overall vibe was amazing, we will be back for sure.

The overall experience was excellent, from the owner always being helpful as well as the excellent customer service from all the staff. I was there the last week in August 2023, apologize for the late review some personal issues. The pool and jucuzzi areas were great, a relief from the crazy town that is Mykonos. My rental car broke down on the way back from the old Port around midnight, I was stuck just around a dangerous curve on the highway a blind spot for oncoming crazy drivers. To make matters worse my iPhone died earlier that day but there was an Aegean Gas station within view about 1 KM away which I walked to. I was able to get the attendant to call the Hotel front desk after numerous fruitless attempts to contact Avis. No sooner than I get off the phone to walk outside there was a Mercedes pulling up into the gas station who rolled down his window and told me to get in, the owner sent one of his staff members to pick me up I'm guessing in his personal vehicle. After getting back to the reception desk the staff spent the next 30 minutes after midnight trying to get a hold of Avis. Finally we found someone, and we relayed the urgent need to send a tow truck to get the car so it wouldn't be smacked into around that dangerous curve. The Tow Truck arrived withing 20 mins and I was able to get the car towed. My last day while waiting for the shuttle back to the airport my adjustment handle on my Swiss gear luggage came loose and needed a missing screw. Sure, enough Panos got one of his staff to fix my handle too!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room, view and heated pool were just amazing. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating a huge thank you!! to everyone on staff that made our stay so enjoyable. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was excellent. It was a great experience staying at Croco. The team at Croco made us feel right at home attending to all our needs. They have a whatsapp concierge which made communicating with the team really easy to attend to all our needs. They helped arrange for the rental of a Car during our stay there, pick up and drop off all done at the Hotel which was really really useful for us. Their breakfast spread was great and filling with different dishes each day so that our stay was dynamic and enjoyable. You get a great view of the Mykonos Sunset as the hotel is located right by the coast, Location wise, it is really near the main tourist area of Chora, which made it accessible by foot or car. It is a great place if you are looking to relax and unwind by the pool. One of the notable mentions, which I feel is important because it is exemplary of the standards that they hold themselves to - was that the Soap, Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Tooth Brush provided were all branded and of high quality. Something which really impressed me and my wife. Another great feature of this Hotel is that they have a Gym, it helped me keep some weight off my belly during this trip and was actually the only hotel equipped with a Gym that we stayed in.
