First and foremost, the staff is AMAZING! Everything was so smooth starting from the check-in where we were welcomed with fresh lemonade, which was a great touch during hot summer day. Later we were surprised with a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. In fact, we were upgraded again the last day to a room with a sea view. What can i ask for more? ❤️ People at the reception were so awesome helping us with everyday questions and finding places. Thanks for making our holiday FANTASTIC I REALLY do hope to come back!

Everything! The location and hospitality were fantastic. There's a cute dog and a cute cat that loves petting. Owners are hospitable and very helpful with car rentals and provided tips on what-to-do around town. Walking distance to local market and town square with lots of cafes and restaurants. Close enough to see the turtles coming up the harbour during late morning. Katia introduced us to take the ferry to Lixouri which we would not have found out online. Free parking right across the street. You definitely need a car to get the best of Kefalonia. The room and shower are very good. They upgraded our room too. This is the best place we've stayed throughout our 2-week trip all over Greece.

The ladies at reception were amazing and assisted in booking some great travel adventures to explore the sea and island and recommend close by beaches to relax. The hotel is located at a great location for navigating the rest of the island as well as a great location in the city itself being at the center of happenings with a nice view of the central square from our room. This however could be an issue for people having trouble sleeping since you will notice the music and the general murmur of the people in the evenings. Despite that, I have to say that my girlfriend and I had no trouble sleeping. Other than that I would like to highlight free hotel parking, friendly staff, very clean room and premises.
