I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.

This is a 100/10 review for Oniros. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, extremely clean with every amenity you could possibly imagine. The staff are so friendly and helpful (thanks George for all your travel suggestions). The location is by a port so gorgeous Aegan Sea views from the room and dining room. Also very conveniently located off a major highway so traveling by car to other areas of Crete was easy. As for the breakfast it is made to order by a chef! The quality and taste was so superb we ended up eating our dinners there too. If it could not get any better they realized it was my birthday so there was a bottle of wine in our room on arrival. And to make it even more special... the night before my birthday a gentle knock on my door was for a surprise birthday cake the chef made. Excellent service!

Very warm ,welcoming efficient staff . Such a wonderful first impression of the wonderful Cretan hospitality we enjoyed throughout our stay in beautiful Crete. Excellent breakfast included and enjoyed in comfortable dining area overlooking garden and pool area . Close to airport but more than your usual airport hotel experience . We had a very late arrival and staff was so welcoming ,pot of tea so nice after long day of travel thank you We were so impressed with our stay we had a further night stay when we returned car to airport .Facilities are excellent, very comfortable bed and pillows ,room was spacious,comfortable and perfectly clean .I enjoyed a swim in pool ,sparkling clean in well maintained garden areas Thank you and well done to all the staff. We stayed only a night here before our flight, but everything was great and in line with our expectations. It was easy to communicate with the property owner and we were able to check in late in the evening. The apartment was new and spotless clean. It is also quite convenient to get to Chania center from here if you have a car. Would recommend!

Excellent villa. It was exactly like photographs. Property was extremely clean and had everything needed for our family . The pool was beautiful and cleaned early every morning. The staff also did a mid stay house clean changing towels and bed linen . I highly recommend this property the view was beautiful house and pool perfect ! The location is a few minutes drive from local shops and restaurants although there is a tavern a short walk away which served beautiful Greek dishes . I would recommend a car rental . The staff assisted us with this also .
