Beautiful hotel in a good location, close to the beach and the old town. Our room with sea view was amazing! Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choices, lunch and dinner options were also great and reasonably priced. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was excellent!

- everything! - personnel was so so nice, extremely helpful in guiding us through excursions, booking them for us, helping us with busses. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay! - location was great, just next to the old city Center but far enough that we don't lose all our sleep. - 2 min walk from the central bus station - breakfast was really good, a lot of choices and homemade dishes

location was perfect - just a few mins walk to old town and harbour. reception is open all hours. very efficient and friendly. has an old style which is something to treasure in these times. staff were very friendly. breakfast room is beautiful, food all freshly made, wonderful staff who clearly love working there went out of their way to make me welcome. 1st floor bar/ cafe area is great place to relax for coffee or drink or get some work done. accommodation was perfect and very quiet.

Location!! near everything! an excelent view from the restaurant where we had breakfast!! in front of the port! has a private parking !! which is a luxury in Chania! I loved it so much and I really want to come back! The staff is amazing! Everyone! The Indonesian is the cutest and the staff at reception is super kind and helpful! They gave me the best recommendations for everything! They were writing me a bucket list of the south of Crete and I had some trouble with my rental car and even they were unrelated with that, they accompanied me and were trying so bad to find a solution for me. Just amazing people and I really hope they are all still there when I come back once!💗

Natasa, the manager, makes things happen in an exquisite way. Under her leadership, the staff are incredible, helped with every request from putting another bed in the room to where the best restaurants are, where the best beaches are. Breakfast was very aunthentic and very tasty. The location is just amazing within a few minutes to the centre of Chania. The rooms.were very crestively decorated and spacious. The balcony was great in the evening with a view of the port. Overall absolutely fantastic for the special occasion we had in Chania.

    A good base for a holiday in a residential area but you...

    A good base for a holiday in a residential area but you really need a car, as apart from a small supermarket, there was nothing else within easy walking distance (beaches, restaurants etc). With a car we had access to many beaches and to Chania, although we quickly reverted to using taxis for trips to Chania as paring there was nigh on impossible both during the day and evening. We ate in lots of different restaurants - all fairy good ( we based our choice on reviews) For evening meals, we found by booking a day in advance we could request a table at the front, which meant we enjoyed some fabulous sunsets with our meals.
