Our stay was just amazing! We had 7 fabulous nights and cannot wait to go back again. The whole experience was made even more special by the wonderful staff - especially in the restaurants - Gaia Restaurant - Peggy, Konstantinos and Eugine - and the fabulous Osteria Restaurant with spectacular food and setting, not to mention the great live entertainment and the truly amazing staff - Noni and Konstantina - who made us feel so welcome and looked after us so well. Nico at the front entrance was always there to greet us with a friendly smile and chat, and Vasslis the Operations Manager made time to speak with guests and it was a real pleasure to meet him. Guests are treated like friends and many guests have returned year after year and we can see why.

We had an exceptional one-night stay at the Balcony Boutique Hotel in Zakynthos. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Elen, the owner, whose hospitality truly made my stay memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, providing personalized recommendations and even taking the time to share some local insights about the island. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of the sea and easy access to the main attractions of Zakynthos. Elen’s genuine warmth and dedication to her guests are what set this hotel apart. She made us feel right at home, and her attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. I highly highly recommend the Balcony Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Zakynthos and look forward to returning, hopefully for a longer stay, to enjoy more of Elen’s wonderful hospitality.
