Our stay was truly amazing! We loved it here so much, that it was heartbreaking to leave. The hotel is beautiful and the people very, very friendly. The views are amazing and the breakfast very delicious. The beds were also very comfortable, so that after a day of walking, we could have a wonderful sleep. The location is also big plus, Ano Pedina is very cute and cosy village and it is centrally located to explore the whole region. We also booked massages and they were amazing! The region is very beautiful and the hotel itself was already a highlight for us. If you are looking to truly unwind, this is the place to be!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Giagia Evgenia in the beautiful Epirus mountains of Greece. The accommodation itself is a charming, well-kept building with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfectly matching the surrounding landscape. Our host was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making us feel right at home. The views are simply stunning, and we loved being within walking distance of local restaurants while still enjoying the peace of the mountains. Just a 15-minute drive brought us to the breathtaking panorama of Vikos Gorge. The nearby villages, rich in ancient traditions, made the experience truly unforgettable.

Kipoi is a very quaint little village with 2-3 restaurants...

Kipoi is a very quaint little village with 2-3 restaurants and thats it. It was easily accessible to the Zagori region close to the most famous bridges and main towns and the unbelievable Vikos Gorge which you have to visit, we went to the Óxya viewpoint which was amazing . A very beautiful area to visit but a very long drive from Athens especially if you come on one of the smaller roads, rather use the highway to get to the area then adventure around, we took a small road and spent half a day driving through forests with nothing to see. The map of Zagori that the hotel gave us was a great help Monodendri is one of the larger villages worth visiting - if you like to hike take your time and follow the tails that range from 1 to 5 or so km from the various bridges it is so peaceful and the forest beautiful. Once you have seen the top 5-6 bridges and 2-3 villages it all becomes the same so don't stay too long if you aren't walking. Beware...... not all villages have fuel so don't run too low

A beautiful area, close to beautiful old arch bridges.

A beautiful area, close to beautiful old arch bridges. Apparently there are also hiking trails nearby, but according to the itinerary we drove to Vradeto for the 'stairs'. We ate in the hotel's own restaurant and on the second day in a restaurant at a nearby village excursion site.

An excellent starting point for hikes in the Vikos Gorge. Beautiful stone bridges – and a hike through a lovely river valley with "pancake rocks" is possible directly from the village. A rental car or at least touring bikes are recommended, unless you're just passing through.

The hotel is charming and beautiful and is situated in a great location. The host was very welcoming, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Be sure not to miss a meal at Machalas' taverna just across the road - the food is excellent and the atmosphere is wonderful! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the unique charm of the place.

The Location is really great, above the Kipoi Village with a great view and tranquility. The Breakfast was nice and delicious and the scenery of the establishment is really great. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests and needs. The Parking space is a bit tricky but available for that type of location!
