The host was very kind and helpful men. The room, the garden and the whole villa was stylish, nicely furnished as well. Everything was harmonized with each other. Cappucino was excellent. I highly recommend Villa Karina to everyone.

We loved our stay at Alexia Studio!!! We couldn't have wished for more. Ideally located in Kolios, away from the noise, but close enough to beaches, bars, restaurants, it was the perfect base to explore the island by foot, car or bus (bus stop 15 is only 5 minutes away, public parking on the street) Our studio was freshly renovated, decorated with style, sparkling clean, with a great terrace to enjoy evenings and a garden, and everything you would wish for as facilities (great shower, great bed, fully equipped kitchenette) The villa is walking distance (3 to 15 mins) to several beaches, pool bars and tavernas, and 100m from a supermarket. 2 of the best noted restaurants in Skiathos are just nearby: Crazy Rooster- funky greek taverna with great food, and awesome vibe, be sure to book Monday Greek Music Live event, and Infinity Blue- fish and sea food restaurant with breath taking views. The owner, Alexia, welcomed us in person, and there is a lady on site, should you need anything during your stay. The price-quality rapport is unbeatable! We would highly recommend this accommodation!

Love the cleanliness and the facilities of Salty Waves Suites. It's a family business and I like the fact that many thoughts have been put together meticulously for the establishment with personal touch. The choice of linen is top notch. The owners are very friendly and available. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job making sure that our suite is clean and tidy everyday, she is also very friendly. We've also made our effort to make the room as tidy as possible every day of course. Everyone always has a smile on their faces on this island, we will definitely be back. :) Thank you for the great hospitality!

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is charming, with spacious rooms arranged over two floors — perfect for families, as the teenagers could sleep downstairs while the parents stayed upstairs. Our room was in a perfect position right by the pool, very peaceful. Maybe not for everyone but we never felt overlooked or lacking privacy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was fantastic, the two big asks for any hotel stay. The room was spacious and well equipped, perfect min every way. All of the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, so friendly every single day, from George on reception, Nikos and Nik on the bar and the lovely waitresses in the restaurant, cannot fault them. They were all amazing and a credit to the place. Location was perfect, a minute to the beach with lovely tavernas to choose from and a short stroll into town. A perfect week, and would 100% recommend.

    A lovely location, with a few beaches, tavernas and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The best beach close by is Kolios beach, but the charges for loungers are higher than other beaches, and the taverna is nothing special. Agia Paraskevi beach is sinilar. The best beach we found was Troulos, better loungers, better taverna.

    Very relaxed.

    Very relaxed. Good selection of restaurants and pool bars for such a small place (largely one road with a mini market, restaurants and accommodation along it). 2 well known restaurants; Infinity Blue and Crazy Rooster. Lesser known is Argento which is a fantastic pool bar and restaurant. Xanthi pool bar is also great, with super friendly owners. Lovely beach with warm, shallow and clear waters (visited in August). Boat hire, pedalo, SUP and kayak hire available from the beach. A very popular beach bar called 'The Beach House' and Handy bus stop nearby for easy access to other beaches e.g. Aghia Paraskevi and Troulos, restaurants and Skiathos Town.

    Great if you like beach holidays.

    Great if you like beach holidays. Bus is a great way to get along the south of the island & too & from the main town, which is great with new & old parts & harbour. Good restaurants & bars, but worth seeking out some off the beaten track in the old town. Some good boat trips away to other islands & beaches & good value. Next time we would hire a jeep at the airport for the week upon or before arrival, just very handy to go off onto the unmade roads when exploring the interior, north, west & eastern parts of the island. It is a small island & we saw what we wanted to see in a day, but for getting too & from the airport with the luggage & going up & down some of the hills, it would have been a help overall & worth it. Very hot while we were there which occasionally put you off walking or even waiting for a bus. our little jeep may have been old, but she went everywhere & had great air con!

    "The hidden villas" is located in a beautiful, quiet location, full of vegetation and birds like the Bee Eater that fascinate you with their song. The location is strategic, somewhere in the middle between the major commercial attractions of the island: the most beautiful beach on the island: KOUKOUNARIES and the liveliest old port in Skiathos. The villa is very clean and well equipped with everything you need, just like your Home, and have a huge garden where children can have unlimited fun. The owners are by far the kindest I have met in the 11 years since we spent our vacations in Greece. I spent a week in which I did not notice how time passed.

    Perfect if you want to stay outside the hustle of bustle of the old town - yet within easy reach. 2 bus stops 14 and 15 cost 2euros to go to town. Plenty of beaches to choose from Great and unique selection of restaurants and taverna

    We loved the sand, the cleanliness and the calmness of the sea. There are beach cafes so you don't have to walk far for a drink or snack and the music was not too obtrusive. There are a couple of swans who visit. The only minus is the cost of sunbeds which is 15 euros for 2 beds however long one stays.

    The place is fantastic for a quiet family holiday.It is calm and clean,with a great pool and very close to a beautiful beach,a supermarket and a bus stop.The olive trees are all around the hotel.The communication with the owners is easy and nice and the family is very friendly and supportive to all the guests.They even gave us a present of a traditional Skiathus almond pasta at the end.The taverna that they run serves delicious food and drinks with compliments for the guests.The island itself is a little paradise!

    Everything was perfect. One of the nicest accommodations I've ever been to. Great equipment and accessories to make your vacation more enjoyable. Comfortable bed and different types of pillows. Beautiful garden environment, wonderful restaurants nearby, market, pool, bus stop, beaches. Nice and helpful owner. The next time I visit Skiathos, I will only stay here.
