We stayed here with a group of friends and had an amazing time – not least because of our exceptional host. From the very beginning, he was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available when we needed something, without ever being intrusive. When one of our bags got stolen during the trip, he went above and beyond to support us – helping with the police, contacting the embassy, and even reaching out to nearby bars to try and recover it. We would’ve been completely lost without his help. He also took care of restaurant bookings, gave us great local tips for day trips and hidden spots, and generally made sure we had the best possible stay. The apartment itself was equally impressive – very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the hot tub was spotless, comfortably sized, and offered a beautiful sea view – a real highlight. Towels were provided, and the beds were freshly made once during our 10-night stay. The barbecue was fully functional and even had a prime zone that was perfect for steaks. We truly felt looked after and in good hands throughout our stay. Would book again in a heartbeat – absolutely recommended!

We stayed at this villa during our trip to Rhodes for our wedding and it was truly the best choice we could have made. The villa was perfect, fully equipped with everything we needed and ideally located. While a car is necessary, the location is very central and convenient for exploring the island. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful garden and pool area that offered the perfect spot to relax at any time of the day. Nikoleta was incredibly helpful and always available to assist us, whether it was with information about the house or suggestions for things to do around the island. Her hospitality made our stay even more special. We highly recommend this villa and would absolutely love to come back in the future!

Great. Our group of five people settled into the house on September 14th for a 9-day stay. From the very first moment in the house, we felt comfort, cleanliness, and the love put into every detail. Everything is designed for a good, quality rest. The house is very clean and fresh, with snow-white bathrooms, floors, and beds. There's a fresh floral scent throughout the house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The balcony and barbecue area deserve a special compliment. Having dinner in such a place was unforgettable. The host, Maria, is a responsive, hospitable, and social woman. She welcomed us with pleasant treats and souvenirs and helped us throughout our stay. On the very first day, she showed us the shops, beaches, and the best restaurants. Many thanks to her for the attention. And thanks to this wonderful house for a fantastic vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new apartment in Rhodes. Everything was spotless, with new furniture and all the amenities we needed. The host was very thoughtful and welcoming. George explained everything clearly at check-in and made the process smooth. For check-out, we simply left the keys on the table, which was very convenient. The location is also great: about a 15-minute drive from Rhodes Old Town, with private parking available. Within 5–10 minutes on foot, you can reach Karavelladika in Koskinou, a fantastic local restaurant that we absolutely loved. Overall, our experience was excellent. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back again, highly recommended!

The location is very good, the apartment very clean with new furniture and the host very welcoming. In addition to the welcome gifts for both adults and children, we have provided everything for a carefree stay (laundry and dish detergent, coffee, sugar and honey, oil, vinegar, spices, bread, ice cream and many snacks). The children were very pleased with the upstairs bedroom and the front garden makes the stay even more pleasant.

Koskinou is like a suburb of the city of Rhodes very near to Kallithea springs and Faliraki huge bay. It needs a car to reach the area and i can say that it is perfect located if you don't like the city center for a short stay.

Koskinou is a real gem of a village in Rhodes, tucked away...

Koskinou is a real gem of a village in Rhodes, tucked away just a short drive from the main tourist spots but with a character all its own. The place is famous for its brightly coloured houses and narrow, winding streets – it’s got that old-world charm without feeling overly touristy. If you like to wander around and soak in local vibes, this village is perfect for it. You’ll spot plenty of quirky little details, like painted doors and mosaic-tiled courtyards, which are all part of Koskinou's unique appeal. What’s great about Koskinou is that it’s still affordable compared to other areas of Rhodes. You can grab a coffee and pastry for just a few euros, and the local tavernas serve up proper, hearty Greek meals without the inflated prices you might find elsewhere on the island. There’s nothing quite like sitting outside one of these family-run places, enjoying a fresh meal while the locals go about their day. The area’s location is also spot-on. It’s close to Rhodes Town and Faliraki, so if you want a bit of nightlife or some beach time, it’s just a quick drive away. But at the same time, it’s far enough removed that you can relax and enjoy the slower pace of village life. If you're up for a bit of culture, Kalithea Springs is nearby, offering some incredible scenery and a bit of history to go along with it. Overall, Koskinou is a brilliant spot if you want a mix of tradition, tranquillity, and access to all the best bits of Rhodes.

Really lovely touches of wine / cola / kitchen extras such as cooking oil provided. Bathroom also had shampoo etc provided, makes a stay more comfortable. Local area has a few shops / pharmacy and there are restaurants a little walk away, well located for bigger town such as Falaraki and Rhodes both of which have facilities for families and couples to enjoy, we hired a car so I can't comment on public transport but we did see several buses and bus stops nearby.

Everyone knows where Koskinou is, which makes it great for pick-up/transfers for booked events. It's immersion in Greek residential. The part we were in had a maze of streets but you passed lovely, varied, houses which were infinitely interesting and lovely.

The host is extremely friendly and helpful. He provided us with water and other things, and he always replied very quickly when we contacted him. The house is a very nicely renovated traditional Greek house with a wonderful atmosphere in very nice surroundigs. This was a really exceptional stay!

Koskinou is a very nice city on the hill, with authentic houses, small streets and alleys to stroll through and some very good tavernas. You should definetely visit Markos Place, which is a cafetaria, but where Greek dishes are made by hand and with love for the product. There is a local bakery with daily fresh bread, a local supermarket, and the big supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive.
