Loved everything!! The location, the room, the breakfast and most importantly the exceptional service from Spiro and his team. These are the high standards many other 5 star hotels talk about but cannot successfully achieve. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casaly hotel and spa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel was *spotlessly clean* throughout, from the rooms to the common areas, which made the stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The housekeeping team clearly takes great pride in maintaining the property. What stood out the most, however, was the *amazing staff*. Every team member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. It truly made a difference in my overall experience. And let’s not forget about the *breakfast* – it was absolutely *superb*! There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from, catering to all tastes. I looked forward to every morning, knowing I would enjoy a great start to my day. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and cleaned daily. We were lucky to receive an upgrade from our host, Anastasia, who is absolutely wonderful! We stayed in a huge room with a gigantic and very comfortable bed – we especially appreciated the Coco Mat mattress. She also kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which we were very grateful for. The hotel is located right on the beachfront. I believe it has around 11 rooms, most of them offering stunning sea views. The sandy beach is literally in front of the hotel – small but with a few sunbeds and umbrellas. There’s also a good restaurant right next to the hotel. Lixouri is a small, charming village with a relaxed and authentic vibe. It’s not overcrowded with tourists, which was a big plus for us. All the restaurants are just a short walk away, and the ferry to Argostoli (the island’s capital) is very close, running every 30 minutes.
