We loved the location. The property is stylishly furnished and decorated and in a quiet area. A very spacious kitchen dining and living area combined with lovely bathrooms, showers and very comfortable beds helps creates a very chilled relaxing atmosphere. The balcony is very spacious and well equipped with lovely stylish patio furniture and it overlooks an olive grove, which is gorgeous. We enjoyed having our breakfast out there each morning and also enjoyed a nightcap out there before bed. There is a laundry room downstairs with two machines and an ironing board and iron. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating and also quick to respond to any questions we had. The beach, beach bars, cafes, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bus station are just a short walk away. It is a perfect location from which to explore all that Moudania has to offer.

Nea Moudania is a small town on the seaside which is developing quite fast. There are plenty of new roads and new facilities and even a new amphitheater near the sea. In the town we found a lot of nice resonants with variety of cuisines, pizza and past bar, and fresh fish! Where are a nice bars, as well. We enjoyed a lot this small town and we would like to return there soon.

Nea Moudania is a good starting point if you want to visit other beaches as well as other places both in Kassandra and in Sithonia. It has a beautiful church located on a nearby hill that is part of the town itself and dominates the landscape at night.

The beach was great, clean, the water was wonderful.

The beach was great, clean, the water was wonderful. The bars on the beach are ok, not to expensive. The restaurants in the harbor are great, wonderful food and very nice people. BUT, the city is very dirty, garbage everywhere, a lot of uncut grass and weeds, stray dogs everywhere, things in construction but no one was working there in the 10 day we spent here...so, sorry for the beach and the restaurants, but the city is just not worth it...

It's location is very close to very attractive beaches, especially those secluded where locals go like Krab beach... It's a small town with relatively new architecture, clearly the most iconic landmark in town is the Church of St. George. You can park your car everywhere without fee, people are relaxed.... Marketplace is outstanding but it's only on Wednesdays, look for Stavrofilos feta which is traditional and simply the best feta that you'll ever try!!! Βαρελακια is the best place for giros, then Erodios and in it's vicinity is Nea Potidea with three fabulous restaurants: Marina which is a bit fancy, expensive but offers very good fish dishes, Argonautes where lots of locals eat, tasty food, leisure atmosphere, moderate prices and not for those who don't like cats, and Ta Castra same as Argonautes except cats!

We had a perfect stay. The owner is very polite and friendly and is ready to answer all your questions. Very positive and helpful person. The flat is very spacious, very clean, very comfortable. You have everything you may need as comfort. The furnichures are very modern and new. You even have a washing machine if you have a long time for your vacation. There is a place to park outside infront of the flat. The beach is very close. The city center is also very close. For sure we shall visit again Elvist nest.

The location is new, the room is clean and all the furniture is new. They have one of the best internet based on my previous experiences in Greece. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Beaches are close, but having a car to reach restaurants or any other shops is mandatory. Overall it was a very good experience, I recommend it.

simple budget hotel, clean, no bad smells, mattress good. I was staying in the room with balcony overlooking the sea, the area is lively but not particularly noisy traffic, mostly restaurants/people and car parking.
