The hotel is new and amazing. The view is breathtaking. The room is big and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with big variety and we also had lunch and dinner, which were delicious too. The staff is warm and welcoming. We had a great time and definitely will come back.

We spent our 2023 summer vacation and the place was amazing! The Sivota Seascape villas have great location right in front of the sea, where the water is crystal clear and there is a small island in front at approx.100m distance. Inside the villas everything is at top quality and the view outside is astonishing. Everyday cleaning is done. Helen at the reception was so kind and helpful - she advised us of nearby beaches restaurants and bar. She also gave us fruit gifts for our last night just to confirm that the destination, the service and the kind people are great reason to come back next summer.

We arrived late at Oscar Hotel because of a long wait at the border, and the owner was so kind and understanding. He genuinely felt bad that we were tired and even let us check out at 12 instead of 11, which we really appreciated. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this is a family-run hotel because the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. We felt right at home thanks to the lovely owner and his son, Kostas, who was also super friendly and down to earth. The beds were very comfortable, the room had everything we needed, and the price was amazing. We truly wish we had more time to stay. 100% would definitely come back again!
