The place is unique is like a little oasis, I really liked the beach, it's perfect if you like to swim, is like a very big pool with crystal clear water so you can see the little fishes and it's really beautiful, there was a bar on the beach + the staff said that they are planning to "update" the bar with snacks and more drinks during the next season. All the staff was very kind, the kitchen was unique, very wide choice, great diversity, there were very limited amount of precooked food, usually on breakfast which is normal, but again, a great choice, and the time frame for the meals was long enough, even I think the longest from all all inclusive resorts to which i have been (3 hours for breakfast, launch and dinner accordingly), and every dinner there was a hand made pizza and meat, chicken, pork, the pizza was extraordinary delicious, special regards to the chef on the pizza station and in fact all of the food was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable ( I was on the 2nd floor on a Bungalow, the rooms are separated in different bungalows). My admirations to the staff , the place was extraordinary clean and perfectly organized.

Everything with this place was amazing. It is family business and everyone are extra kind and very polite. I recommend it to couples. City center is 1km far from hotel, walking distance. Breakfast was delicious. Cream-pie was to die for, mmmmm.

If you want to experience real nice place with fabulous sightseeing views long up and down walks with very nice sandy beach at the end of the city and not so far away other beautiful beaches - Neos is jut a right fit! It has the scent of old towns at the cliff but in the same time it has a layers of modernity embroidered throughout the scape. If it is more for young people? Maybe, if you don't like to walk but there is round walk next to the sea side as well... Nice restaurants, small shops just in a proper measure - for vacation that will fulfill you with scents and flavors of Greece.

After spending 10 days I am sure about I will never go back...

After spending 10 days I am sure about I will never go back to Neos Marmaras. Very noisy and crowded beaches, a lot of people during the night shopping. We went to Platanitsi Wild Beach on daily basis (50km from Neos Marmaras) to avoid this nightmare.

The town is not too big, but big enough to have all you need...

The town is not too big, but big enough to have all you need. At night there is a lot of people on the streets. There are more than enough fine places to eat and to buy stuff. The streets are at an incline and parking can be a challenge sometime especially when there are many visitors from other places. You can't always expect to park within 50m from you apartment, but it's not too bad. The city beach is wonderful, clean coast, clean water, plenty of space. Lagomandra beach is about 7min driving to the north (back to Nikiti) and is a very popular place for a good reason. Book a cruise with one of the local sailing ships, it's worth it.

An excellent host who provided lots of information about the village and local area. The apartment was ideally situated and only minutes from the centre of Neos Marmaris. Would recommend to anyone visiting.

Lovely beach (after the harbour), recommend a full tour with Stratos Train to have a full view. Various options for lunch and dinner, good food at a fair prices. Nearby is an olive plantation where we tasted a great olive oil, price was only 12 Euro / l.

Neos Marmaras is small town in the hills so you have to be carefull when you choose location of your accomodation because some streets are very steep. On the way from Neos Marmaras to Nikiti you have several nice beaches, everything is very close to eachother. In Neos Marmaras you have enough shops and reastaurants and cafes.

The studio was everything we needed after the long days at the beach. Very clean, cosy, modern, quiet, although in the centre of Neos Marmaras, close to the port and to lots of restaurants and shops. The hosts were very nice and kind, they gave us lots of great recommendations and answered promptly every time we asked a question. The room was cleaned, towels and bed linens changed twice during our stay. I would definitely come back and also recommend Eladia Suites to my family and friends. Thank you, Anastasia & Nikos.

Excellent location. Sea view and sunset every day. Very peaceful and quiet. About 400m from the center of the village and the same distance to Paradisos beach. In a radius of 150 m you have 3 markets, a pharmacy, several excellent bakeries and an artisan souvenir shop where you can find the best baklava in this part of Greece. The host is very nice and kind. Ready to suggest which places to visit, which beaches to go to and which restaurants to have lunch/dinner. Parking is provided. Great place to visit Sithonia.

The property still smells like new. Clean and comfortable. It was cleaned every day and change of towels on second day. Quiet and nice. Even if that is on a hill, the center is near. The beach is a bit away but that is the case with every property in Neos Marmaras since the beach is on the side of the village.
