The house was beautiful, new, very clean, with a wonderful view of the sea. The hosts were accommodating in every way, very attentive and kind. The house and pool were very well maintained. Definitely a place worth visiting repeatedly.

We stayed in this wonderful house for two weeks (from late September to early October) with our teenage children and absolutely loved it! 🌅 The house is located right on the seashore, with a stunning view from the terrace — having morning coffee with such a view is pure bliss. It was very convenient that the kids could swim on their own while we watched them from the terrace. During our entire stay, we saw other people on the beach only a couple of times, so it felt like we had it all to ourselves — total privacy and peace. 🏖️ The hosts are incredibly kind and warm-hearted people. They met us halfway from the airport and guided us to the house, which was very helpful since the road goes through the mountains and would have been hard to find on our own. When we arrived, we found a light snack and even a bottle of wine waiting for us — such a thoughtful touch after a long trip. 🍷 The house has absolutely everything you might need: dishes, towels, toiletries, coffee, spices — every little detail is taken care of. Any small issues (like a power outage after a storm) were fixed immediately. A special thank you for all the delicious treats — we were spoiled with homemade pie, pizza, fried fish, and even a huge basket of prickly pears! 🍕🐟🌵 When we left, the hosts gave us lovely souvenirs and another bottle of wine — such a heartwarming gesture. This place is perfect for anyone seeking peace, nature, and comfort away from the hustle and bustle. 🌊💙

Accommodation as we expected, but what impressed us most was the care and service we received during our stay. The care was outstanding – it was the best we had ever experienced.We felt so pampered and cared for, it was like nothing we'd ever experienced before! All this, combined with the outstanding nature of the place, made our stay truly unforgettable. The view from the accommodation was absolutely incredible! Sitting on the terrace and admiring both the sea and the mountains at the same time was an experience we will never forget.

Our first time in Samos has been a memorable experience very much thanks to the lovely studio we stayed in. The flat ticked all the boxes for us. We felt wonderful hospitality since day one. Lovely modern house with plenty of space. Three good sized bedrooms with balconies. Super outside space with three terraces to make the most of the views. Well equipped although oddly only had 4 small cups for coffee - it sleeps 6! In a good position - quiet and lovely views as well as easy to walk to the village or beach. Owners were quick to respond with any issues (faulty shower head) and provided beach towels when we asked. Highly recommend.

This place is in the heart of Karlovasi. It is very close to the market, the beach, and the city center. It has a very nice view, you can see both Kerkis Mountain and the sea at the same time. Voula is a very helpful person, thank you very much for everything.

A small, quiet resort with a good supermarket, a few tavernas and a couple of cafe-bars. We liked it a lot (all the tavernas we tried were great) and would recommend it for people looking for a quiet base to explore the island. If you are staying here you should really have your own wheels.
