Staying at Porto Veneziano feels like being at home for us. The staff is very friendly and professional and creates this particular family feeling and atmosphere. Everything. The staff were so friendly and kind, with a warm welcome every day. The hotel rooms themselves were luxurious beyond belief, with some of the most comfortable bedding I’ve ever slept in. I nearly wouldn’t have been able to get out of bed each morning on account of it, but for the breakfast, which was my food highlight of my holiday (which was a high bar to top). Well done to all - probably the best overall hotel experience of my life!

It was my favorite accomodation in Crete so far, the room is big! The host is really nice and helpful and the bed is incredible, I had my best nights! The pool is also really nice and you can almost see the sunset from there!

Fantastic location in a quiet side street off a buzzier one in the beautiful old town. Beautifully designed and nicely appointed hotel and great big room, also with two kids. Lovely (if simple) breakfast, especially if you can enjoy it on a sunny day on the gorgeous terrace. Kind, attentive staff.
