A wonderful stay in an amazing apartment with views from all parts of the house!! Spotless bed linens that smelled of musk. We arrived late at the house, we found the key very easily and a wonderful welcome. The hostess responded immediately and helped us with everything we asked for. The comfortable parking served us incredibly well. We enjoyed the peace and the comfortable apartment. Thank you for making us feel at home.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment, which is part of a private house with its own entrance. It is well-furnished and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the Perdika port, where there are many cafes to enjoy. The host was absolutely delightful – very responsive and helpful. Everything was perfect. I am thrilled with my experience.

Comfortable , well equipped apartment, extremely helpful and responsive hosts, direct access to the sea, excellent quiet location close to shops and the delightful tavernas of Perdika. I would come back just for the view from the huge terrace! I would also recommend hiring an E-bike from the local hire shop.

A small quiet village to spend some time away from Athens and large crowds. There are many restaurant at the marina and some grocery stores within walking distance for any food and supplies you may need.

In general south part of Aegina is much better than the northern part. Perdika is a really nice place to stay, close to Marathonas, Sarpa and Klima beach (by far go to Klima beach). Marathonas is good for families with young children as the sea is not deep. Probably some more dinning options (other than Perdika fishing port) would be good, but Aegina city center is really close, not more than 15 mins drive.

I really liked the instructions and availability of the owner for any question that we had. The property was very clean and had everything that we needed. Also really appreciated that they shared with us valuable insights of where to eat, things to do and places to see. Really great experience

Perdika is probably the quiet small comfortable town of...

Perdika is probably the quiet small comfortable town of Aegina. If you are a party goer, I would not say this is the best location. But on the other hand stays very close to Klima and Sarpa, which I consider to the be the top beaches in Aegina.

The visit to Moni Island is a very nice way to spend an afternoon swimming in clear blue waters. In case you want to visit Aegina island it is better to rent a car as the public transportation is not a good option - only 3 busses/ day from Perdika to Aegina, the last one is at 15:30.

Great place for a quiet retreat and fabulous fresh seafood.

Great place for a quiet retreat and fabulous fresh seafood. The local people are warm and very welcoming. All the restaurants had a similar menu. I ate at Nonas restaurant twice as the food was delicious. It’s easy to walk every where, and the bus makes four return trips to the port.

An absolutely stunning view from balcony, bedroom and kitchen. Lives up to its name! You can swim in the sea in just a couple of minutes walk off the rocks, you can walk over to Perdika port and swim at a little beach and eat lovely food and get the little boat to Moni island. Great communication from the host who was very helpful

The house was clean, very well equipped and in excellent condition. It is in a quiet neighbourhood with great sea view but not very close to the centre. We had a wonderful long weekend in this comfortable house that made us want to stay in, rather than go out to the noise of the centre of Perdika.

A large property, but probably the only one of its kind in Aegina. It was modern, comfortable with its own private beach and pool. We typically stay in smaller places, but never felt like it was an overwhelming hotel in terms of people or size.

We loved the outside garden, the view was spectacular, also the location, next to a beautiful beach, Klima and also the restaurants from Perdika. The owners were always very helpful and easy to reach at any moment, really nice hosts.
