It was our greatest pleasure to be guests in this hotel in the old town of Rethymno. The house is new and has very beautiful and extraordinary architecture, the rooms are all different and all very individual. The service from everyone in the team is very heartwarming. Breakfast should be mentioned in particular: different every day and always individually tailored to our wishes. Every day we were asked what we wanted for the next day and it was prepared specifically for us. It was brilliant. The communication in advance of our vacation to Stephanie and family has been very friendly and accommodating. Being a guest here made our already very nice stay very special. And lastly: Jacob is the Best!! Danke für alles!

Apart from all 10 points above, I must say that fitness room is just wonderful, clean, spacious, with all necessary equipment. Service was excellent. Upon late arrival staff took care and left us some sandwiches in the fridge. Also, because of our honeymoon, we found a fruit basket with champagne and honey desert. When I asked if they had softer pillows, as I felt my pillow was a bit too hard, they delivered to the room a soft and comfortable pillow for me straight away. Overall, everything was just perfect: cleaning, service, beach. I don’t think you need more for a perfect and relaxing vacation. We will come again! Thank you!!!

Great new hotel. Everything works perfectly. The room is wonderful, as is the bathroom and the beds. Nothing is missing. Home automation at the top. The hotel is in the perfect location - one step outside the door and you’ll be soaking up all the atmosphere of Rethymno’s old town! The standard room we booked was spacious, comfortable and very pretty. It was perfect and had everything we needed! The team is really lovely. Athena made sure our room was ready for an early check-in. On top of that, they were welcoming and friendly to talk to. Thank you for making our stay even more special than it was! Would definitely go back :)
