We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the staff were truly exceptional – both at the hotel and the restaurant. Everything was perfect: the service, the smiles, the kindness, the cleanliness, and how easy and smooth everything was. We had a room on the upper floor with an amazing view over the sea. The hotel has a private parking and a beautiful garden with a swimming pool. The staff was very kind and helpful. The cleaning lady made beautiful swans out of towels when cleaning the room, which we found a very nice gesture. Nice details make the stay more pleasant. Definitely would like to come back.

There is nothing not to like. Super clean, amazing staff and great food! We were skeptical originally as our previous all-inclusive stays in Crete were a disaster (poor food quality and general feeling). This has changed everything. We want to already re-book for next year. Our kids did not want to leave!!!

We stayed at this stunning adults hotel in Crete, and choosing the all-inclusive package was the best decision we made – just remember to leave tips for the waiters and bar staff, they truly deserve it! The hotel is beautifully designed, with a dreamlike atmosphere. Around the pool, you’ll find both double sunbeds and regular ones, with plenty of spots in the sun as well as shaded areas – perfect for everyone’s needs. There’s also a main swimming pool, a shallow wading pool for pure relaxation, and a private beach where drinks are delivered straight to your lounger with just a quick tap on the app. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the entire staff was beyond amazing – from the friendly team who did everything to make our stay comfortable, to the manager who personally checked in on us. The cocktails from the bar were outstanding, and the food selection and quality at the dinner restaurant were truly impressive. We were on our honeymoon, and the level of pampering we received was simply beyond words. Highly recommended – and we will definitely return!

Pure luxury! The hotel was of great help to us even before our arrival: sending the itinerary, booking excursions and restaurants. At check-in, Maria, a ray of sunshine, warmly welcomed us, and had prepared the spa for our visit, she recommended so many lovely places: beaches and restaurants. Always reachable by whatsapp, Maria will make you experience an extraordinary stay, in a wonderful hotel with sea view.

    It's very quiet and peaceful.

    It's very quiet and peaceful. It will be more developed in the future, but now it is perfect. There are lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The beach is very long so you can carve out your own private space. There are free sunbeds available, beach showers, life-guard on duty and the beach is sandy.
