The apartment was clean, everything was rather new, the beds were very comfortable, and small problems were resolved immediately, although it was Sunday evening. We were offered a parking spot on the landlord's property or in front of his market. Absolutely great price/performance ratio, and if we return to the same place again I will surely first try to find an apartment at SMILE.

This hotel is in an excellent position right on the main waterfront. There is really no need for a car as everything you need is an easy walk. The owner and staff are very accommodating and friendly. I hope to return to this wonderful city and I will be happy to stay at this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel! The entire place was exceptionally clean, which made the experience all the more comfortable. The breakfast was decent. One of the best parts is the location — just a short walk to the beach and very close to the main shops, making it super convenient. A special mention goes to Vasiliki, the owner, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home.

Platamonas is a great town to visit.

Platamonas is a great town to visit. Everything is centralized along the waterfront with great restaurants, shops, pharmacies and everything else within easy reach. The streets are kept very clean and the evenings provide a nice family atmosphere to walk, dine and get a gelato. The beaches are nice, with lidos to pay for an umbrella and lounges, or a free beach very close by. English is spoken at almost every shop, hotel and restaurant and I found nothing but curtesy in every transaction.

A super unique place across Greece, combining high altitude...

A super unique place across Greece, combining high altitude vegetation with long pebble beaches overlooking the Aegean Sea. Under the feet of Olympus & super close to the Heritage Village of Palaios Panteleimon. Platamonas is a great place to combine relaxing beach holidays coupled with sight seeing exploration and mountain strolls under Olympus mountain. Night life is also vibrant along the various beach clubs.

I would definitely recommend Platamonas.

I would definitely recommend Platamonas. Not for the beach though. We were with young kids, so we chose to drive for a couple of minutes to Nei Pori to go to the beach, and came back to Platamonas for lunch and dinner. We highly recommend the restaurants in the port for fish and seafood.

One of the best cities in the region, with a range of activities available. Picturesque villages surrounding it, a lot of beautiful beaches, and the highest mountain of the country for hiking lovers. What else could you ask for! Really impressed!

Our family trip was fantastic! We were traveling with one kid, and the hotel made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional—something everyone looked forward to each morning. The pool was a big hit with our child, and the nearby sandy beach was perfect for family fun. An added bonus was the daily towel service, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful place for a family vacation!

Very nice and helpfull staff! We liked the breakfast with the beautiful sea view! The hotel is located away from the village center in a quiet area. There was a cozy, empty, wild beach with the shade from the trees just several steps down from the hotel. We stayed only one night, I wish we could stay longer!

The location was great. Right on the beach. On the beach there are sunbeds and umbrellas and coffee, which is provided by the hotel. This is very convenient as there is no coffee machine in the room.
