The complex was really lovely. The room was very big, well equipped and cosy. The bed was huge and so comfortable. It had a nice balcony with a view. It was peaceful even though it had a busy road at the front, the rooms are set back so you cannot hear the traffic. There were parking bays at the front of the hotel too.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in February. The location is perfect, especially for those visiting the hospital across the street. The free parking was a great convenience, and the apartments were well-equipped with everything you might need. The decor was stylish, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The hotel is run by the family that owns it, and they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. Their warm and welcoming approach made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Wonderful big room, amazing breakfast with plenty of choice. The rooftop bar was a good place to sit and enjoy the view on the sea. The car park was charged an extra 6€, which felt okay for the area.

The sea ia actualy at your feet! This is a perfect location for a few day calming stay. Room nicely decorated and well apointed, breakfast very nice and enought, and teh Taverna is a dream-excellent fresh food! This is a quiet place, with a beautiful view exacly by the sea, has a small beach near by, sufficient parking lots. And more! Thank you, Dimitris and family! We will definitely return!

There isn't really much to Rio.

There isn't really much to Rio. It used to be where the ferries crossed to go to the North of Greece. The area to the right of the bridge as you go down has many restaurants and bars along the beach and the locals go swimming there a lot. On the other side to the left of the bridge there are again many nice restaurants and bars. One of the restaurants we went to was perfect. The Nafto oikos. They were fully booked but found a table for us by the kitchen and the food was exceptional. Rio is great if you are visiting Patras or on a stopover. There isn't really much to do there long term.

A good place to stay, especially if you're visiting the University. All amenities within reach, with local tavernas and other shops usually within walking distance. Frequent public transport to the city of Patras and even access to the beach depending on season/weather at the time of visit.

The owner was really friendly and helpful, and it was no problem to get to the accommodation very late. The room is very clean and has everything you need. Whether you're looking for a large bed, shower gel, towels or a well-equipped kitchenette, you'll find it there. It's unusual for an apartment, and a positive thing to emphasise was that we were even given two bottles of chilled water and a coffee capsule every day at the beginning. The appartment is in walking distance to the university, which was perfect for me.

The apartment was really well equipped all round and clean, large, with a full kitchen and lovely little added extras like a coffee maker and coffee pods, jam, honey etc. for breakfast, even oats if you wanted to make porridge, bottles of water and even a couple of beers. Thank you!! Location was fine, good off-street parking and a great host, very easy to communicate with. Several good local restaurants just up the road that are walking distance. Note, bakeries don't open early.

Amazing, huge pool and location by the beach, Kostas and Napoleon very friendly and helpful hosts. The fridge was full of local things for our visit. Amazing views and beach life with the outdoor shower in the garden. Easy access to shops, Delphi. We also made a day trip to Zante which you can do with an early start ☺️

The cleaning is optional, the room is bigger than what you expect, the stuff are amazing, the breakfast is decent and the bed is really comfortable. Bus stop just behind the hotel and nice restaurants around the area of Rio.
