Nice place, verry clean, anythink is close beach, market, bakery, restaurants. Room good soundproof, not know we have neighbors. The room is big, the beds verry good, in kitchen you fine anythink you need, the balcony super nice place for hot afternoons. The parking safe on the property.

It is an excellent accomodation for a big family (5-6 persons) or a group of friends with panorama to the sea and the mountains. Big garden with barbecue and a place to sit together. There is a parking place for 3-4 cars. The flat has a big living room with kitchen and a pool billiard gives a fantastic indoor activity. The kitchen has all the facilities we needed: 2 types of coffee maker, toasters, big fridge and freezer, oven, microwave oven, etc. Paschalis and Dimitris were very kind persons gave us an authentic Greek filoxenia. Moreover, the beach is 100 m far, so we just walked down. Tavernas are in 200 m. We spent 10 days was amazing 😍.

The house is located at a quiet and beautiful location. It has lots of space and is very very pleasant. The house offers all necessities. The host Grigoris is amazingly friendly and helpful. Definitely worth it.

Velika is a very serene and peaceful place to have a...

Velika is a very serene and peaceful place to have a vacation right on the seaside. Eating out is not always an option, since a lot of places tend to close earlier in the season. Getting around is either by taking a long walk, or by car. If you have a bicycle with you, that might be perfect, since the road is pretty even throughout. The beach is the main highlight of the area, but other activities are also options, such as visiting Lake Karla, mountaineering, etc.

If you look for genuine greek experince come here.

If you look for genuine greek experince come here. Must go to Pareo beach bar or the mazing Kalivi beach. Go to eat to Maria tavern, the "yummi yummi man "will serve you with smile and jokes. Water are clear and relaxing

Our stay at the Garden House apartment will remain in our fondest memories. The hosts are wonderful people, extremely kind and accommodating. The apartment itself is new, modernly furnished, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The beautiful courtyard is perfect for enjoying, and the proximity to the beach is a huge plus. The place is peaceful, with a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for a true rest. We definitely recommend it and are sure we'll be back!

The garden of the property was absolutely magnificent - it was very well taken care of and it provided a gorgeous view of the sea and the bay. There were multiple places where we could have dinner which was great because on some of the nights it rained. The bedrooms were also rather comfortable. Overall, the house provided enough comfort since we didn't stay inside much of the time, but it does differ a little bit from the pictures.

This is such a lovely small hotel. The garden, the view, the hosts are just fabulous! Lovely spacious room with nice decorations, big terrace for your coffee and meals. Perfectly situated between two beaches, three tavernas and this is all within walking distance. I will come back next year!

Location is great, short walk to the beach without traffic, clean room, hosts very pleasant and helpful, terrace and garden are beautiful. The village is small but has everything one family needs. The beach is a bit rocky, but we enjoyed it
