We were pleasantly surprised with a maisonette upgrade, having an ideal layout for groups of friends, offering both privacy and comfort. Breakfast was delicious with homemade products, including the most amazing apple juice of Makis! The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional, making us feel right at home! A cozy fireplace with free wood created the perfect après-ski atmosphere, and the outdoor grill was a great addition for a gathering. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and perfectly located getaway! Maki, Danae, Gianni, and Dimitra, we will definitely be back!

The hospitality of Eleni was impecable. She came on the riad to greet us and offered to help us with the suitcases. A liquer was waiting for us on our arrival. The breakfast was amazing with all the home made jams and cakes. Shall stay again without hesitation.

We stayed here in the recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed. Wonderful location away from the centre of town. Nice and quiet. Staff were extremely helpful. Room was large and breakfast was plentiful. In fact we returned twice more during our stay in Greece to use the resort as a base. Great views of the mountains. The hotel is a great example of simple greek old fashioned hospitality. Perfect location, quiet setting, nice staff, breakfast on demand, close to good coffee and pita cafes. The private parking space is really helpful. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Florina makes an excellent base to explore Western Macedonia.
