The hotel and rooms are absolutely beautiful, the staff were helpful and incredibly friendly. We had an amazing time. Everything from check in to check out was perfect and I could not fault Asterion at all! The pool area in particular and the ability to order drinks to sunbeds was just amazing, the food was always delicious from both restaurants and the service was impeccable throughout. The stay exceeded all our expectations! We definitely cannot wait to come back, you would be hard pressed to find a better all inclusive hotel. Thank you!

Management and Staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating and I was very pleased with the stay as the whole family were. Staff went out of their way to make your stay better and were exceptionally friendly. We would certainly come back again to the hotel as many people seem to also do.

Very nice place, very good local food and drinks at the open bar, two pools where You can swim or just chill :) Close to the shore, very nice spot to see the sunrise near the hotel. Really nice people, they treat You like a friend or family and help if You need anything. Good spot to travel further west or south on Crete, close enough to airport and Chania city. Definitely going there again! :D

I had a great stay at Carisa Maleme. The Hotel is truly one of the best hotels in its price range. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome – the reception staff is extremely attentive and always ready to help, showing real professionalism. The hotel provides everything you might need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The location and facilities are excellent. There are plenty of picturesque spots around the hotel. The beach is close. The sea was warm and clean. It's also less than 5 minute walk to a few restaurants, very convenient. Great value for money—can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place. What we appreciated most was the peace and quiet – there weren’t too many people around, so there was no need to fight for a spot in the shade or by the pool. It was a perfect place for kids, and the staff was very tolerant and welcoming toward them. The pool was great – big enough for a proper swim, but also shallow enough to be ideal for children. We ended up spending most of our time by the pool, since the sea got deep very quickly and there weren’t many people around the beach. That can be nice, but it also felt a bit eerie. Breakfast was fine, and the food at the restaurant was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. Housekeeping was frequent and everything was kept very clean. Overall, a very pleasant experience that I’m happy to recommend to others.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.
