Great location by the river, very close to Semuc Champey (view point and pools), good food in a bar, nice view from a cabana. We stayed there two nights despite we planned only one. If you love dogs this place is for you 🥰

The location is excellent, the guide for the tour is from the local community, the hostess is fantastic company, the place allows for proper wind down. You are a bit off the beaten track but not so much to make it difficult. The staff communicates excellently about this and arranges for a guide to pick you up for the 30min (easy) hike to the hostel. We extended our stay, that’s how much we liked it.

It was the best stay in Guatemala for me. Amazing surrounding in front of the river. Friendly and nice staff cooking the best meal (thank you girls) !!! Fridge stuffed of cold beers.. absolutelly unforgetable!! Thank you very much and hope to see you again!!

Getting around Chipoc is easy, they have now cemented the...

Getting around Chipoc is easy, they have now cemented the road down the mountain side so it makes traveling smoother. There is easy access to leaving semuc to nearby towns there are cars leaving (like buses) every few minutes. Everything was absolutely beautiful !!
