It was good to connect the tv with my phone so we could watch netflix on tv. The place was very decent and being able to use Nikko pool and beach was terrific.

Newly renovated, so it was very modern. Not everything was new, for example doors were simply repainted, I think. But in general I liked the cozy and clean atmosphere since I don't really enjoy the chaos of huge hotels. There were no more than a few floors so I didn't have to wait forever to get the elevator. The staff was very helping and kind. A laundry machine and a dryer were available but it cost 3 dollars. It's definitely better than nothing but I found it a bit expensive. The hotel is not so close from the center, taking about 15 minutes to get there by walking, but there are many cool restaurants nearby. We visited a ramen place and a Thai food restaurant and there seemed to be many locals, which I wanted as a tourist :) In general, I would visit this hotel again in the future. And Matapang beach that is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel was cute and quiet so I liked it as a introvert person

The staff was absolutely wonderful to me. I had a bad experience at my first hotel and came here and they could not have been better if they tried. From the front desk, to the housekeeping, the pool side and bar and more.
