For many years we have not been so pleased during the holidays. The lady is charming, smiling. Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days. We lacked nothing. WiFi, air conditioning, perfectly equipped kitchen, parking. There was everything we needed. Perfect cleanliness. A nice place in front of the door for romantic dinners. This charming house with its amazing energy is on an excellent place if you are seeking for peace and tranquility. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can really feel that it was prepared with love and care by the owners. The owners are extremely kind, warm, welcoming, and helpful. The house is located in a peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and recharging, yet also a great starting point for some cycling or hiking trips in the beautiful surroundings of town Buzet. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat with the option for active days in the surroundings along with some gastronomic highlights nearby. It is definitely the place I would love to return to and therefore highly recommended!

Great contact with the host. Self check-in with clear instructions on how to do it. We traveled by bicycles and the property provided us with a secure, dedicated bicycle storage area. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Beautiful views around. It was great, we highly recommend it! :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming house in Kotli! The place is incredibly sweet and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The barbecue and pool area were fantastic, and we loved spending our afternoons there, enjoying the beautiful surroundings. It’s such a relaxing spot, perfect for unwinding and recharging. The owners were extremely nice and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We definitely want to come back again to refresh our minds and load our batteries someday.

We visited Buzet around 5pm in late July and it was...

We visited Buzet around 5pm in late July and it was extremely quiet and a bit underwhelming with only 2 cafes open. Nearby towns are more lively and beautiful. However it is supposed to be buzzing in autumn for truffle season.

Very nice town, lovely locals, food and local distillery products and tryouts of various drinks cocktails. We called the town of truffles as here it is plenty of them and you can taste even beer with truffles, cookies, salt, cheese, butter, oil, etc. Everything can be tryout with a flavor of truffle.

We only stayed near Buzet (in Vrh) for 2 nights and it was...

We only stayed near Buzet (in Vrh) for 2 nights and it was the perfect length. We relaxed at the pool on our property, and did a truffle hunting tour/experience which was the reason for our visit and it was fantastic. The food was amazing in this region.

A lovely welcome from Ingrid on arriving at large but also cosy traditional stone Casa Prodan in Prodani village, 10km outside of pretty, hilltop Buzet. Beautiful lush valley views, lots of different places to sit in the garden, and pool table on the roof terrace a real bonus. Very clean. Great shower, huge bathroom and 2nd one too with small bath. A couple of beautiful bedrooms with great storage and lighting, and a big comfortable sofa bed for a third bed. Shutters to keep out the rain, heat or early morning light.

Very bad quality. They charged an extra 120 eur than the reservartion I booked. At the end of my stay they told me that I had to pay more than the Booking.com price that the value that I had already paid in advance. Not correct. Not fair. Not recomendable for tourists nor families. Stay clear off this Hotel.

It is a very nice hotel, well equipped, in the old buildings in the centre of the beautiful town of Old Buzet. It has a great restaurant in the ground floor with really friendly and knowledgable waiters.
