Dubrovnik old town is stunning albeit a bit expensive at time to access some of the sights - check the small print when making a booking to ensure you know what you have to pay for. Great location to access other activities such as ferries to the islands. Everything is spotlessly clean. Visit the City Walls and the Harbour; they are a must.
Visit the City Walls and the Harbour; they are a must. Try and avoid during the day as this is when most Cruise ships visit and it can be very busy. The burgers at Tata's Burger and Cocktails are the best I have tasted, as was the the Ice Cream shop next to the monastery. The streets are easy to navigate though the side streets can have a lot of steps. Prices are on a par with London/maybe more expensive (cruise ships have a lot to answer for) so beware. We had a wonderful stay at Teranino Apartment. Our hosts were exceptional, very kind and generous. They did everything to make our stay so enjoyable including many lovely touches,e.g.delicious cold beer in the fridge on arrival,some locally grown goodies and even doing our washing,(returned beautifully ironed), half way through the holiday. They gave us great tips for authentic restaurants and the best trips to try. We really enjoyed visiting the local Lapad beach for swimming and snorkelling.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Dubrovnik was a super cool city to visit. Our friends had their wedding at the Museum of Modern Art and it was simply gorgeous. The old city is an amazing place to visit and see.
