Impeccably clean. The host was very polite and helpful. It’s tastefully furnished. The beach is 5 minutes away. Also, the position of the villa is perfect for a nice walk to Opatija. Just park your car and enjoy the walk.

I had a perfect stay at this apartment. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to the sea, restaurants, a shop, and the center of Opatija. Both the main beach and smaller quiet swimming spots are close by. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, and feels very new. The sea view from the terrace is beautiful, and having private parking was very convenient. The hosts were amazing — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I was greeted with fresh figs and homemade rakija, and they even helped with my luggage. A wonderful place with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

The location and the view from the house are gorgeous. The pool was heated and we could use it without any problem during our stay in October. The kitchen was very well equipped. The two big bedrooms have a great view of the Kvarner bay, the small bedroom has a window toward the street (probably OK if kids are traveling, rather too small for 2 adults). The whole house was very clean. The terrace is lovely to enjoy breakfast outside and the sundeck off the bedrooms was great to catch the autumn sun. We really enjoyed our stay!

    It's a cozy place but there is nothing much to do. Almost all accommodations are in the hills and everything important like markets, coffee shops, restaurants etc are close to the sea, so be ready to use the car or hiking ;)

    A smaller village near Opatija. Quite a calm space. Beatiful walks around the sea are possible. Three perfect restaurants there. One food shop, a lot of cafés. Perfect for people who prefer calm and quiet holiday.

    Staff is extremely polite. We're suppose to be late with check in. They found the solution for our problem. Finally we get there on time. We had a really big bee in the room. It was at 10:30 pm. Staff helped us with that issue too. 3 woman in room scared of bee 😅 Food was excellent. Window view is breathtaking. Hotel is at the beach. Everything was clean. Rooms are not small. There is enough space. We well go there again. They have all our reccomandations! Thank you for everything ❤️

    We are deeply thankful to the staff at Villa Residence Ičići for their kindness and readiness to help when we had unexpected problems with our car and transportation. They accommodated us with a free late check-in and check-out, which made our stay much easier and stress-free. They were always available, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping us to find solutions. We are also fully satisfied with the facilities and picturesque location of the accommodation.

    Most friendly host in Icici. Apartment really clean, quiet comfortable, well equipped with a nice view to the sea. There are stairs above the road to the beach so you dont need to cross the traffic. Good price for value, we think this is perfect for familes or couples who want to be close to the water and the town but do not prefer crowded luxury hotels.

    Mrs. Nada is a great host. We loved the apartment and the location, very suitable for visiting the nearby beaches and dine out in Opatija. We travel with our dog and we felt very welcome. There are several dog beaches nearby. We'll surely be back.
