The accommodation was perfect. Spotlessly clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect, along with a dishwasher. Bikes were available and outdoor loungers, a small table and chairs for eating outside. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and assisted us in obtaining national park entrance tickets (which need to be prebooked!) and giving useful information for eating out and travel directions. They did everything possible to make our stay perfect.

The host Maja is a jem of a person. She made us feel like a family. She arranged for our taxi to and from the bus station and gave us all the useful information about the lakes as well as fo8d. The apartment itself is located quite close to entrance 2, and is next to a store which has all the essential items. The bathroom is equipped with jacuzzi to relieve the pain from walking the lakes. There is a restaurant Bistro Vucnica quite close from the apartment which has very good vibes and quite cheap. Overall, we had a great short stay.

A unique park with a series of interconnecting lakes and numerous waterfalls. It is an incredibly beautiful place. There are walkways between the lakes, sometimes of wood (over water) and sometimes of dirt and stone. The wood walkways are not wide and if crowded it can be difficult to pass. But the walkways allow the visitor to experience the beauty and uniqueness of the waterfalls and lakes. Our hike, which included stopping for photos, lasted 2 hours, and we selected a short trail. We could easily have spent a full day at the Park. There were four of us and we agreed that we had never seen a place like Plitvice.

The only negative was the Property description, indicating...

The only negative was the Property description, indicating that the lakes are a 15 minute walk from the Villa. This should read that it is a 15 minutes walk to the entrance of the woods, after which there is about a 2km walk to Plitvice Lake Entrance 2 where you buy your tickets!

The Plitvice Lakes National Park is an amazing natural wonder. We walked part of the E route and all of the F route. We accessed this from Entrance #2. Each route was very well signed. We highly recommend making a full day stop here and staying at a B&B close by.

The waterfalls were amazing.

The waterfalls were amazing. The color of the lake water was so clear, looked like glass. Rustiic boardwalks next to waterfalls added to the experience. Path markings made it easy to to find way around park.

Everything was very nice - moderately priced, friendly staff, comfortable room and good food. The only negative was the shower - water pressure was extremely fluctuating and the hot water came and went very frequently in the time it took to take my shower.

I would recommend Route C for the best views.

I would recommend Route C for the best views. We hiked Route K and we felt like there was unnecessary hiking involved. We brought snacks in with us as you never know when you will be hungry. After consulting with park staff, we were able to come up with a plan.

Great location for visit of Plitvice lakes park. Comfortable apartment for a family of 5 people (2+3). Although showing signs of wear and tear in some places, everything was clean and pleasant. The apartment had everything we needed - including a washing machine with a dryer, shower gel, sugar and coffee. I mention it because the next apartment, where we stay in Croatia for 3 times higher price doesn't have all these extras :) Also the road description and tips from the hostess were useful.

A great location to stay pretty much right at the entrance of Plitvice Lakes National Park. Bathroom is basic, but comfortable beds and room was clean. All you need to explore the region for a couple of nights. Breakfast was a short walk at the next hotel and was lovely. Dinner options within walking distance too. Great if you have a car for parking. Would stay again.

The room was big enough for two people. The beds were comfy. The food was really good ( both breakfast and dinner menus ). The location of the hotel is great because you are in about 5 minutes you are at Entrance 2 of the Plitvice National Park and these 5 minutes are walking from the hotel room to the entrance.

Fabulous location for Plitvice national park. Our room was very sos ious and dual aspect. Breakfast was lovely. We really enjoyed the Al Fresco dining with the outdoor kitchen. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
