The apartment in Jankoviceva cesta was really unique: First, because it was a roof apartment that was hosted by an heartwarming elderly married couple who live at the ground floor of the same house. Second, because it has a stylish furniture that gave the accommodation a cozy and welcoming look. And third, as a real cherry on top, it's got a balcony with an unforgettable view on the Mediterrenean Sea. Just amazing, we had a wonderful time here!

We had a wonderful stay at Jana’s house in Opatija. She is a fantastic host, very welcoming and helpful, and speaks great English. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth – even though we checked in late, she greeted us warmly and gave us excellent tips about restaurants, sights, and local attractions. The house itself is spacious and very comfortable. Our children had plenty of room, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the garden was just perfect – trampoline, table tennis, barbecue, and even a jacuzzi with fresh water. It really felt like a place where you can relax and enjoy without worrying about anything. Parking was safe, and the hosts were so thoughtful that they even made sure no fruit from the trees could fall on our car. Small details like this made the stay feel special. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again. A well-deserved 10/10 – highly recommended!

It is one of the best apartments we have visited in terms of having all kitchen and other equipment and gadgets, conformity, and cleanness. It has a very nice private garden where you can dine. It is practically surrounded by forests as the location is quite high above Rijeka in the Matulji settlement. So the location is quiet and natural but because of that access is steep. Marine, the host is super careful and very nice. We were surprised with a glass of cold sparkling wine for welcome. I recommend warmly the apartment.

Amazing! We had an amazing time at the apartment. Everything was extremely clean, spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a very modern coffee machine and a toaster. All Whirlpool appliances. (Dishwasher, oven, washing machine) Fantastic terrace with view over the sea. Super comfortable mattresses and soft bedsheets and towels. Lot of hangers for the clothes. We recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to spend a wonderful holiday with all the comforts. Incredible!

Very close distance to the beaches and to Opatia , Rijeka,...

Very close distance to the beaches and to Opatia , Rijeka, Pula, local LIDL supermarket, Plodine supermarket also too close , bakeries which provides fresh burek,fresh pizzas, fresh bread and freshly made cakes especially Trileçe, restaurants and coffee bars, lovely food. The beautiful nature and the lovely plants around especially oleanders 😃 also very clean streets !

Very nice and cosy apartment, absolutely clean, new and fully equiped. Very hospitable and nice hosts, I would like to thank them that way again for everything! The location is very calm and evenings on the terrace were perfect. 10 minutes by car to nice beach in Icici or Opatija, grocery 5 minutes by walk. We had everything what we needed. I can absolutely recommend!

It is very clean. Small but has everything you need for a short stay. Has some kitchen utensils, so we were able to have breakfast at the apartment before continuing our way. The location is very convenient to visit Pula and Rijeka if you don’t want to pay a fortune. The owner is nice.

Everything was excellent! Ivanka, the host, was extremely kind and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, peaceful, with a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed I slept like a baby. It’s very close to Opatija I’m definitely coming back in the summer!

The apartment is very modern, stylish, clean and peaceful. Full of home comforts, conveniently located with a Lidl in walking distance. 10-15€ for a taxi to Opatija I’d you didn’t fancy driving. Stunning outside pool area and views.
