We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Plitvice. The host was extremely kind and even upgraded our booked apartment for free to a larger, more spacious one. The apartment was modern, stylish, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It was clear that attention was given to every detail. We were warmly welcomed wi th coffee capsules, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

Loved everything! Perfect location, spotlessly clean, beautiful and comfortable modern decor, well equipped kitchen. Loved the hot tub and was great to learn that the water is changed after every guest. The owner lives next door and was so helpful at check in and check out, gave us great recommendations for Plitwice Lakes and local restaurants. We stayed in the upper apartment which suited us perfectly, and also got to see the lower split-level which is also great but maybe better suited to more petite and agile people with the sharp stairs. I would 100% stay again and have already recommended to friends!

Great little apartment. Had everything we needed and was very clean. Although it's listed as a studio it was essentially a separate bedroom and living area, plus a large bathroom. The local community kitty (we dubbed 'the landlord') was always around to keep an eye on the place too.

You really need several days to visit what that place has to...

You really need several days to visit what that place has to offer. Don’t miss the Spelaton center and Barać caves. We been on Barac Traill race and the organizers really do the best of them. Also don’t miss the fast food in rakovica on road by the Apartment green park with delicious burgers.

We stayed here primarily to visit Plitvice national park but...

We stayed here primarily to visit Plitvice national park but the area was beautiful, a complete contrast to the Croatian coastline. It felt very Austrian in influence with chalet style houses, lots of green countryside and flowers. It was also a lot cheaper to eat out and buy coffees/ice creams than on the coast. Plitvice was incredible (although v hot and busy in August). I would like to go back at a quieter time as there were long queues to get on the boats which was not ideal in the heat with children. It was a shame that there is nowhere you are allowed to swim as we would have enjoyed the opportunity to cool off!

One of the most beautiful place I ever went.

One of the most beautiful place I ever went. There are great restaurants nearby with very good and authentic food! The apartament has everything but a washing machine for laundry or any laundry place/dry cleaner nearby.

A great location to get active.

A great location to get active. We did kayaking on the upper river Mreznica - Slunj, which was wonderful. We did this through the Hotel Mirjana&Rastoke, and they were excellent guides. We also visited the Plitvice Lakes for a day and did a great hike around the National Park.

We stayed in the spacious and immaculate top floor of a large recently built timber house. Comfy bed, great wifi, lots of outside space for parking and sitting. Large kitchen lounge area with cooking facilities and large wood burner with wood, though we didnt need this in October. 10 mins drive to good local eateries. Countryside setting. Try nearest Pizzeria 5 min drive or 16 lakes hotel for food.

I stayed two nights with my children at Apartments Pavlić in Rakovica and really enjoyed the experience. The place was very comfortable, with a lovely playground and a spacious lawn where kids could play safely. The host was extremely welcoming and kind. Plitvice Lakes were just a short drive away, making it a great base to explore the area.

Great little hotel very close to the Plitvice Lakes national park. Very quiet and laid back. Nice big rooms with a large bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Large swimming pool, made use of it on both our nights here, as it was very hot in Croatia. Super friendly owner who really made us feel at home. Would definitely come back.

Very nice, clean apartment lacated in Rakovica, near to Plitvicka jezera. I recommend the breakfast, which is really great. All the staff very hodpitable and kind. Very close to the apartment is also something like food truck with absolute amazing burgers, or fish and chips.
