Slatine is a quieter place near Trogir, with nice pebble beaches suitable for families with children. The sea is beautifully clean with a gentle entry into the water. There is a small harbor from which you can set off on a trip to Split or Trogir. Slatine is a small town about 30 minutes from Slatine. It has a beautiful coast time with many apartments with holiday makers. The coastline is filled with restaurants and cocktail bars. A small and friendly village with bars and restaurants as well as a foot ferry to Trogir and Split. Both well worth a visit for the day. We didn't have a car so relied on trips to the small local shop or when we visited Trogir or Split to stock up with supplies. The three of about five restaurants that we ate at served very nice food. The apartment is really big (bigger and more spacious than the Croatian "standard") and quite well equiped. We also really appreciated the air conditioning, generous balcony and the secured, organized parking space. Cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls etc it was so well equipped. A welcome bottle of red wine set out with 2 glasses was also a lovely touch. We had a fabulous stay in this lovely part of Slatine. Restaurants, the harbour and a shop are in walking distance but it was quiet and calm. He even sent us recommendations for restaurants and more, it was fantastic and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Apartment itself was modern and tastefully decorated. It was clean and had everything you may need. Kitchen was fully equipped. Pool was also nice and quite deep (cca 1,5m).
