An absolutely perfect place. Mara is a wonderful person and so welcoming and kind, she made us feel like we were visiting family. I think this is the most welcoming and most charming place I have ever stayed in.. It's not fancy, but it's very clean and has everything you need.. Host are the kindest people I have ever met.. If you are looking for a peace and quiet with an amazing view over the bay, you won't be disappointed. Having breakfast on a terrace was priceless. Hosts even prepared local dish for us and It tasted better than in any restaurant.. Loved everything.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming accommodation during our vacation, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience! Booking this place was the best decision we made. The host was going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in process was a breeze, and we were impressed with the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire property. The host was always available to address any questions or requests we had, and their genuine warmth made us feel like a valued guest. There's lots of outdoor space with a nice view. We especially enjoyed the hammocks and the outdoor shower. The kitchen is equipped with lots of utensils and some spices, coffee, tee and such. An Unforgettable Stay - A Hidden Gem!

The hosts were lovely and helpful. The apartment is practically brand new. It is huge. Has all the facilities you need. Large balcony. Parking right across the road. 5 minute walk into centre. Perfect.

We had a very warm welcome and were shown around the upstairs apartment. It was sparkling clean,spacious and very well equipped. The hosts had left some welcoming snacks which was a lovely touch. The apartment is comfortable and for us the best part was the terrace with the amazing view over the harbour. The water taxi is very nearby and it's cheap to cross to bars and restaurants, though we often walked round. Check the time he runs until!

    Vela Luka is a hidden gem!

    Vela Luka is a hidden gem! It’s not overly touristic, which was exactly the appeal for us. The days are slow and relaxed, the food is delicious, and the people are lovely — it feels like a more authentic side of Croatia. It’s the perfect place to unwind, but at the same time there’s plenty to do. We went scuba diving, spent time at the beach, tried different restaurants, and enjoyed walking around. Honestly, we could have easily stayed at least two weeks just relaxing and exploring the different areas. We were there for 3 days and 3 nights, and it wasn’t nearly enough!

    A great little town with much fewer visitors than Dubrovnik for example, a very pleasant town and harbour to wander round with plenty of bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours, easy to get ferries to other islands or just across the bay to a swimming spot.

    The place is really nice and very well located.

    The place is really nice and very well located. However, the WiFi in our room didn't work during our stay. The people at the management office were diligent in finding a solution although the result was not positive at all. As you can imagine, not having WiFi at all in our room was an unpleasant surprise.

    It is a wonderful town with great restaurants and bars.

    It is a wonderful town with great restaurants and bars. You can find well-equipped groceries, a drugstore, and everything you need for your stay here. There is a beautiful boulevard by the marina. You can find nice beaches within walking distance. If you have a car, there are plenty of outstanding beaches that you can drive to in less than 15 minutes. Additionally, you can take a boat taxi to visit the nearby, wonderful Proizd Island.

    Amazing house, in a nice location far away from the noise of the town. Hypermarket is available in 10 minutes by car. A boat or jetski is worth reserving in advance. Real transformation both for adults and kids... Unforgettable vacation.

    Nice little coastal town, with less to see compared to...

    Nice little coastal town, with less to see compared to Korčula city. Nice to be based for exploring rest of the island and the island Proizd. Remnants of industrial times when the city was in it's peak are visible throughout. Vela Spila is also a must see.

    It was the best Holiday we ever had. Vela Luka is lovely small city with many restaurants, shops, very nice beaches and promenade. It is very good place to stay for 1 or 2 weeks. It is also a very good base to explore Korcula island. Apartament is very comfortable, very, very clean and nice. Our host Dragi was very kind and helpful. Everything was 100% ok and thank you again for a great holiday. We hope to see You next year :)

    Location overlooking harbour with large balcony was amazing and we loved watching all the boats come and go. Property was well maintained and had everything we needed for a 9 night stay. Vela Luka and the surrounding area was stunning, with plenty of restaurants and bars and some delicious foods. There is an incredible coastal view path that starts right outside property that would highly recommend.

    What a lovely stay we had. Vela Luka is a lovely quiet town with little to no tourists so we really felt at peace here. We were greeted politely and were given recommendations on where to go, sea and eat in Vela Luka. We were gifted a treat at a local restaurant since we were referred to eat there. Really nice outdoor courtyard, nice large comfy beds with heaps of room!
