Everything was just perfect! We've spent 1 night here with our 2 years old son and loved the place. This place is just made for a comfortable stay with a kid - design is just amazing, the view overlooking the lake is just amazing, staff is crying, they provide a baby crib and baby bath upon request, there is a kids room on the 1st floor with lots of toys an a lovely garden with a playground surrounded by dinosaurs where we loved to chill. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and included in the rate, as well as unlimited access to the zoo and free parking. One more thing to add - the hotel has it's own access to the zoo, no need to spend time in the line, you just use your own key to enter the zoo, it was really handy since we arrived on Sunday and there were plenty of people.

- location: a few minutes away from the Zoo, the SPA, the city center, the shopping area - generous breakfast - the tranquility of the area: the hotel is on the shore of a small lake, far from traffic, horns, and any kind of noise - spacious and clean room - the kindness of the staff, willing to help you: the first night we were a little cold - probably a matter of habit. Although, correctly, both at check-in and in the room, you are warned that the maximum temperature in the room is 21 degrees, being set centrally from the reception - at our request, they customized the setting on 22/24 degrees, making our stay even more pleasant.

We had a short but absolutely remarkable stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Three years have passed since my last stay and the Hotel is still as fantastic as ever. Friendly, helpful, professional, fluent English speaking Receptionists, big, quiet, clean room with a comfortable bed. Very good breakfast and dinner. Aquarius bath five minutes walk.
