I recently spent a night at The Prime Canggu Bali in a deluxe room and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The location, near Echo Beach, is perfect for accessing local attractions, dining options, and nightlife. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant, The Atas, was a highlight, with a diverse and delicious menu. The well-maintained pool area provided a relaxing spot to unwind. Overall, The Prime Canggu Bali offers outstanding service, prime location, and great amenities. Highly recommended!

The staff especially in the dining room. Hann makes the PERFECT coffee, Febi, Ayu Surya, Ari, Roomah all exceptional service. Breakfast is something to die for - they have great selection of hot and cold dishes topped with fruits, yogurts, cereals, nuts and salads. Eka in reception and Eka bartender are lovely so is Ben making cocktails in the infinity pool. Overall pleasurable stay and would defo return.

Interesting very surf orientated town. Road planning unfortunately very bad. Very difficult to get around. Good restaurants, night spots, retail outlets. Mighty beach. Good Aston pool upstairs. Colourful and vibrant, lots of energy.

I love Canggu, its vibrant energy and its uplifting.

I love Canggu, its vibrant energy and its uplifting. Sure it gets crowded on the roads during peak time (anytime from about 3pm - 6pm), but it's beautiful. There are many shops, cafes, restaurants and developments now. It has really become an active area for tourists and local residents living there. I love seeing all the businesses pop up, the gyms, the demographic of people there are friendly, fit and happy. There are still terraces of rice fields too which you will see. Most of the roads have now been paved or sealed which is amazing. Try the cafes, the bakeries, the collaborative work spaces and of course try the gyms and the padel courts. Love echo beach - try the local warung eateries while you are there. I recommend La Baruna. Try to get out to the markets if you can. Also easy shopping for groceries at local markets or the pepitos or festive supermarkets.

this is an up and coming area in Bali. it looks like it will be upmarket from the shops, bars and restaurants that are already there. Its very busy and the traffic is hectic ( as is everywhere in Bali). Its a younger persons place as plenty of parties and activities. Would recommend to anyone under 40 that wants a hip vibe and action. if your older stick to Sanur

Canggu is a party place more than sightseeing.

Canggu is a party place more than sightseeing. The beach close is quite nice (also for surfing) and in the night you can go close to the beach to visit some bars and clubs. The vibe is constantly there. You can also join some local hostel events and meet people there which is nice. More of a young people place, but always worth a visit.

The whole island is a 3rd world nightmare best suited for influencers and hipster plebs from around the world who enjoy being served upon by those living just above poverty. Aside from the food and the lovely personality of the Balinese there are no redeeming qualities of the island. its chaotic, dirty and full of plebs posing around like they are special.

Canggu has a nice mix of things for every age group.

Canggu has a nice mix of things for every age group. It has wonderful cafes (Milk and Madu), beach clubs (La Brisa), restaurants (Longtime; Lulu’s), clubs and bistros (Margaret bistro). There’s also yoga, fitness and spas. It ticks all the boxes. Just be mindful when ordering salads, vegetable juice or iced drinks from certain places, as the tap water is not potable. It is also a short distance away from Seminyak (which has a lot of shopping; our kid loves places like Stroberi, Kids à gogo and Candyland).

Very good location. Close to the bars, restaurants, cafes in Canggu and few minutes walk distance to the beach. I stayed at a room by the pool and it was very nice. Very important thing to note is that I took a surfing class from Cino who works in the hotel. He was very good in explaining, devoted to this work and made sure that I had the best experience. I was a beginner in surfing and could stand up in almost all waves, thanks to Cino's instructions, guidance on which wave to ride and helps. Thanks a lot.

A hidden gem in Echo Beach. And, my favorite hotel in Bali. I’ve been coming back for years. I book the queen room, at the back, so quiet and a pool just outside the door. Really shouldn’t tell you this but I guess they have to have business when I’m not there too. It’s close to beach and surf spots, La Brisa and other restaurants. Supermarket opposite the hotel, and just a short walk away you’ll find Canggus busy streets with food and shopping. But this is a quiet oasis.

Unreal Property!! Best location with some of Canggu best cafes & restaurants with a 2 min walk. Also Echo Beach at the end of the street (best waves in Canggu!). Villa Has massive backyard & pool great for kids & family. Also Cleaning staff are unreal best I've dealt with in Bali :) I would certainly stay here again!
