EVERYTHING!! The food was delicious-very special, locally sourced and fresh. The fish is a must. Alan and his team are beyond incredible. An intimate resort, with stunning views, all amongst trees and all so natural. All so tastefully done.

The great working Team who you feel the most cared with. We got the room upgrade which was an awesome gift from the staff. The villa was stunning & beautiful. I would highly recommend you to stay & choose this hotel to visit. A lot of things to do here - canoe, snorkeling trips (!!!), paddle, tennis, gym, walking, other islands visits are worth to plan it!

There are 3 slightly different bungallows. I took the simpliest, cheapest one with a close but seperate bathroom which was just perfect for me. The cosy garden is right next to the beach. Everything is tidy and clean. The owners, Sofia and her husband are really kind and supportive. If you long for a super calm retreat, it is your place. Still you can walk around the island vesides swimming and snorkelling and reach more touristy spots if you want. And probably you will also realize that Yellow Cocco is the no1 on Gili Gede!

I was first greeted by the driver at Bangsal Harbour. He had water ready for me in the car and told me everything he knew about Lombok during the 2.5 hour journey to Tembowong Harbour. There, I met the boatman and staff who were very hospitable and helped me with my bags. At Gili Gede, all of the workers at Yut's Inn welcomed me with so much warmth which made me feel very safe as a solo female traveller. This place had the most wonderful hosts and that alone made my stay the best I could have asked for. The room, bedsheets and towels were very clean, especially for a kampong style inn. I enjoyed the food at their restaurant too, home cooked and very yummy!!! They could even accommodate to breakfast for me at 7.30am, as I had to leave for scuba diving at 8am. They were always ready to help me with anything at all and made me feel very well taken care of. I recommend anyone who loves being on a quiet, peaceful island to stay at Yut's Flower Inn! 10/10.

Sofia and her husband have been super Nice to us, the place was lovely directly on the beach and great breakfast. They organized us a snorkeling tour and transportation at prices that was better than any other offers we had (and this area seemed tougher in terms of negotating) so I highly recommand talking with them for everything you need

Gilli Gede is an easily accessible island and from there we were able to arrange day trips to neighbouring islands, the snorkelling was fantastic and the local village was welcoming. facilities and restaurants were great, just need to make sure you bring enough cash as there is no reliable ATM on the island.

Gili Gede is the perfect base to see other Gili and Lombok.

Gili Gede is the perfect base to see other Gili and Lombok. It’s has five fishing villages, five mosques and one school with interesting everyday life going on all around, it’s just not a tourist island. I ate fish caught one hour before and cooked at Warung Bamboo of the best little Warungs on the beach - cool music and sensational food!

The resort organised a snorkelling trip which was great,just my husband and I with a guide. Fresh water and towels provided on a very comfortable boat. The traditional sasak massage was one of the bestI have had,1 1/2 hours of bliss
