Everything was perfect! The room and bathroom have hot water and are tastefully furnished, all brand new, with a beautiful window overlooking the nearby rice fields where you can enjoy a stunning sunset. The room is well ventilated, which was greatly appreciated! The location is very convenient, right along the main road. However, since the room is set back from the entrance, I personally didn’t notice much noise from passing vehicles. At night, it’s completely quiet. Outside the room, there’s also a wooden balcony with a romantic view of the sunset. Next to the room, there’s a common area with cozy sofas and a wooden table where you can relax, plus a lovely swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious, and the roselle tea was a nice touch! Truly one of the nicest and best-value accommodations I’ve found during these three months in Indonesia! The owners are very kind and welcoming. Fernando gave excellent advice on what to see nearby and who to contact for a reasonably priced Rinjani trek, including the best route to take.

Close to the boat harbor so easy to reach by walking with the luggage. Property itself is beautiful and the room was clean and functional. The pool area is really nice for relaxation and it’s easy to explore the island from here. Breakfast options were great and delicious. Cute small boutique style hotel, paradise on its own. We stayed here for 4 weeks, and couldn't be happier with our stay. The room was spacious, the bed was unusually comfortable for a hotel. The room was (as specified) outfitted with both a small fridge and water boiler, essential things when staying with a baby for an extended period. The two pool areas were sizable, shaded and highly enjoyable, for the entire family. The owners and staff are amazing, truly going the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable (we're very grateful for all your help). The breakfast offers a pretty wide variety of options. The establishment also offers bike rentals (the primary mode of transportation on Gili Air), which was very convenient. In short, the place is full service, and we had an amazing stay. It's also located on the north side, which is both close to some nice restaurants on the northeastern beach, and (especially if you're there during Ramadan, like us) fairly far from the mosque and prayer calls.

Staying at Melmay was a wonderfully intimate experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warmth and natural friendliness of the team. The breakfasts featured homemade bread, the pool was refreshing, and the bungalow was clean and comfortable, equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot water, a TV, and a fridge. I found this accommodation casually browsing but I am so happy I did. This is a little gem in Gili Air. I loved everything from the welcoming with a fresh towel and iced tea as I got here very tired and hot was just what I needed. The staff is amazing super friendly and kind especially Halid that gave me a little insight of the island with places to eat/activities… The room is just super cute, very spacious , clean and just the vibe I was looking for. There is nothing not to like about this little beautiful gem.

Villa Milla was a great discovery! The place is brand new and feels cosy and inviting. The owners & team were lovely and helpful all the time. They helped with transfers to the different island hopping, plenty of tips for beaches and where to dine. Couldn’t recommend more.

We loved our stay at Villa Bagus so much and even extended for another night. The location is a dream - it’s quiet but in close walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach. Our bungalow was situated in a beautiful, lush garden. But what made it extra special were the people. ❤️ Everyone is so friendly, always in a good mood and we got the BEST tips for exploring the beautiful island! Last but not least: We LOVED the smell! From the sheets and towels to the incense - there’s always a fresh scent lingering in the air at Villa Bagus. We would recommend staying there to all our friends!
