The suite and the pool area are beautiful. Everything was clean. The staff was wonderful! Everyday new smoothies in the fridge and cookies for tea and coffee. Also a freshly provided salty and sweet snack in the afternoon! The Restaurant is great! We extended our stay from one night to four. We can highly recommend the Ayom Suite Hotel!

It is a beautifully designed hotel where you can see they have thought of every detail making it a top of the list hotel for Mataram. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the hotel , its rooms and facilities are designed to make you feel 5 stars. The food is good , we only had breakfast which was included with our room but is mainly catered for the Indonesian market. We did enjoy it anyways , specially the herbal teas , the healthy drinks and fruits. Fro is the location was perfect as we needed to run some errands right around the corner. Next day we took a taxi to the airport which was 45 minutes away approximately.

It's in the heart of the city, you could just walk around and get some good and cheap food compared to Kuta Lombok. They also have swimming pools. You could also refill your water whenever you want with the water dispenser.

Great location, close to shops and the Epicentrum Mall. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, even tho it’s close to the biggest mosque in Lombok, you can barely hear any outside noise. The staff was prime too. They doubled checked the room before we left to ensure we didn’t forget anything and were very helpful when needed. Would definitely come back’

    We were absolutely blown away with the service at Ayom Suite. The rooms were perfect size, nice pool and most of all the best service! The staff were incredibly helpful and super friendly. We’ve never experienced service like it. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable. The food was amazing. The Welcoming cookies were a big hit!! We were travelling for 3 weeks - Bali to Lombok. Ayom Suite was our favourite stay! If you’re staying in Mataram make sure you book Ayom Suite you will not regret! Thank you for a great stay!

    Meeting Jeff and Suci was one of the best things I could have experienced when I arrived in Lombok. During my stay in the apartment it felt like I was in a home. I have been travelling for 5 months and it felt good to stay at a place where they see you as family. Because of them I could climb Rinjani for a good price, for whoever wants the climb the mountain, make sure you book it through them.

    Not a typical place where we would normally stay when visiting Lombok, however because some health issues we decided to book this accommodation, which is in the center of civilization. The hotel is very european-style, clean, great location (for staying in the city), nice rooftop pool, fast room service, highly recommended!

    1. The room we got was comfortable and exactly what we booked. 2. The location was strategic and easily accessible. There were also many coffee shops and places to find local Lombok cuisine around the hotel. 3. The front desk staff were friendly when we arrived, and the room was ready without us having to wait long.
