Staying at Melmay was a wonderfully intimate experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warmth and natural friendliness of the team. The breakfasts featured homemade bread, the pool was refreshing, and the bungalow was clean and comfortable, equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot water, a TV, and a fridge. With only four bungalows, Melmay offers a quiet and relaxing retreat. We look forward to returning and are thankful to the team for making our stay so special and memorable.

I found this accommodation casually browsing but I am so happy I did. This is a little gem in Gili Air. I loved everything from the welcoming with a fresh towel and iced tea as I got here very tired and hot was just what I needed. The staff is amazing super friendly and kind especially Halid that gave me a little insight of the island with places to eat/activities… The room is just super cute, very spacious , clean and just the vibe I was looking for. There is nothing not to like about this little beautiful gem.

We had a short but wonderful stay. The cottages are beautiful and full of character, with a really cozy atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff was exceptional and incredibly friendly and helpful. After check-out we were able to store our luggage, and when we returned from snorkeling they even let us take a shower. They also arranged a ride to the port for us, which was a huge help.

Villa Milla was a great discovery! The place is brand new and feels cosy and inviting. The owners & team were lovely and helpful all the time. They helped with transfers to the different island hopping, plenty of tips for beaches and where to dine. Couldn’t recommend more.

This place is an absolute gem! A beautifully-maintained haven with the most amazing team of staff. The manager is incredibly attentive and provided the most helpful overview/introduction I’ve ever received at check-in, and the other staff are equally friendly and attentive (and make delicious breakfasts, too!). The pool and outdoor areas are lush and comfortable, and there is an incredible attention to detail in the rooms - they’ve thought of everything, from bags/hats/towels to take to the beach, to bottled water in the bathrooms for brushing your teeth, and even a mosquito coil that you can burn when you’re sitting outside. I could have comfortably stayed here for weeks! Whilst not located directly on any of the beaches, the location is still great. I actually preferred this. It’s right right in the middle of the island so it’s a little away from the chaos main area but close enough to enjoy it all (and to get to enjoy both sunrise and sunset - and really anywhere on the island - within walking distance). It’s also really close to some of the most amazing restaurants on the island.

Cozy and very beautiful hotel. Very well decorated and every little detail is beautiful and functional. A real oasis in Gili Air. The staff was amazing, very helpful and treated us like family. The pictures really match the hotel.
