The hotel is connected to BX Mall. It is very convenient to go next door for food and shopping. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast spread is good with many choices of local and international food. The staff is courteous. I brought my mum, who uses a wheel chair to move about. The staff always stopped by and asked if she needed any help. It meant a lot to her.

Everything was fantastic, from check in to the service, to the food and facilities and even check out - they wanted to give me a cake upon my leave as it was my birthday but I insisted not to as I was rushing out. Location wise, all the amenities were just a stone through away. Seafood restaurant was just across the road, a huge shopping centre Ramayana was just beside the hotel. Clean, nice views from the reception as well as warm staff. I always believed that it’s the people and the not the place that makes the difference. Here both were great. A special upgrade to the staff. Friendly, warm and they go an extra mile to help their customers. Hats off to the staff.
