Great Location and very nice rooms , very friendly professional staff , outstanding food in the restaurant, we could stayed there like forever 😆 the dive center close to the hotel is also first class like equipment, staff and everything.

Amazing place to stay. Very comfortable rooms and great hang out area by the pool. Nice views from the restaurant. Was worried it would be a bit noisy as the restaurant has music in the evenings, but not a problem at all. I'm a light sleeper and I slept relly well. Stayed in a dorm, and the beds had good blinding curtains for privacy and was very spacious. Friendly and helpfull staff. Clean facilities and no bugs. Best place I've stayed so far!

We are travelling for 5 weeks in Indonesia and this was the best hotel we've stayed at. We are so sad that we had to leave to catch our flight. This hotel is a gem in Labuan Bajo. When we arrived, we were both amazed because of the lobby. The view is spectacular. The room was spacious and had a luxurious feel with the right amount of amenities. We were invited to test the new boat, Black Swan, with the crew. It was the best sunset we have ever seen in our life and it made our honeymoon feel magical. If you enjoy sunsets, then Katamaran is the place to be. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was so nice, from housekeeping to the receptionist and the people from the restaurants. I got a pretty bad UTI and i needed antibiotics quick. We asked an receptionist if she knew a good doctor. Her collegues all tried to help, fortunately we found a doctor that could help me. Everyone from the staff asked me how I felt and it felt so genuine. The food is amazing. Breakfast buffet has everything you could wish for. A great mix of sweet and savory. We had multiple dinners at the main restaurant. Their Asian dishes are great. The Thai mango fish tastes amazing, smae goes for their Nasi Goreng and Pad Thai. I would also recommend the coffee chicken and the pita bread stuffed with shrimp as appetizer. We also had an afternoon tea (actually sunset tea), it was so good.

The Villas are stunning, both in their style, design (as the name suggests, everything is made from Bamboo), and the views. Very comfortable accommodation, excellent service and breakfasts with very good choices.

take note that the seraya is on an island about 30mins from the mainland. as you arrive you will notice how beautiful the island the resort is. firstly, the villas are amazing, super clean, comfy and is well protected from mosquitoes and the heat. the facilities are amazing, you can kayak and snorkel from outside your door. also, the food, while sometimes is limited on account of them having to bring everything over from the mainland is really good. highly recommend the fish of the day and the prawns, together with the trio of sambal seraya, it’s really good! staff are really polite and accommodating and made the stay that much better!

The villas are very beautiful and comfortable. They have everything you could need and are spotlessly clean. The pool is wonderful. All the staff are lovely people, always smiling and ready to help with anything. Ricky in particular is doing an excellent job. He’s such a kind guy, always making sure everything is perfect and that we feel comfortable. He helped us with absolutely everything (scooter rental, tips on places to visit nearby, taxi to the airport, etc.). We’re very grateful to have met him. We extended our stay for two more days to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer :)

Excellent room. Rooms 10 and over have beautiful sea views. Renovated recently. The air conditioning is excellent. Hot water. Comfortable terrace. Mini safe in room. Great location. Most of the dive centres are nearby. Noise from the road and pubs is not disturbing. The mosques are louder, but they didn't wake us up at night. If you can't walk up 94 steps, stay at home. Or choose another hotel.

Hello! I stayed in the hotel for two nights and it was very nice place. I celebrated my birthday there, so it was very nice when I found a lovely wish on my bed 😊😁😂😇🙏❤️ I liked the pool and the view. Breakfast was also very tasty and the waiter very happy and helpful 🤗😁👍
